3And as he iourneyed he came neere Damascus, and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heauen. 4And he fel to the earth, and heard a voice saying vnto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5And he said, Who art thou Lord? And the Lord said, I am Iesus whom thou persecutest: It is hard for thee to kicke against the prickes. 6And he trembling and astonished, said, Lord, what wilt thou haue mee to doe? And the Lord said vnto him, Arise, and goe into the citie, and it shall be told thee what thou must doe. 7And the men which iourneyed with him, stood speechlesse, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.
