1And there went a man of the house of Leui, & tooke to wife a daughter of Leui. 2And the woman conceiued, and bare a sonne: and when shee saw him that hee was a goodly childe, shee hid him three moneths. 3And when shee could not longer hide him, she tooke for him an arke of bul-rushes, and daubed it with slime, and with pitch, and put the childe therein, and shee layd it in the flags by the riuers brinke.
