40He hath blinded their eyes, and hardned their heart, that they should not see with their eyes, nor vnderstand with their heart, and be conuerted, and I should heale them. 41These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him. 42¶ Neuerthelesse, among the chiefe rulers also, many beleeued on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confesse him, lest they should be put out of the Synagogue. 43For they loued the praise of men, more then the praise of God. 44¶ Iesus cried, and said, He that beleeueth on me, beleeueth not on me, but on him that sent me.
