18For thou hast had fiue husbands, and he whom thou now hast, is not thy husband: In that saidest thou truely. 19The woman saith vnto him, Sir, I perceiue that thou art a Prophet. 20Our fathers worshipped in this mountaine, and ye say, that in Hierusalem is the place where men ought to worship. 21Iesus saith vnto her, Woman, beleeue me, the houre commeth when ye shall neither in this mountaine, nor yet at Hierusalem, worship the Father. 22Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for saluation is of the Iewes.
