2And at the season, he sent to the husbandmen a seruant, that he might receiue from the husbandmen of the fruite of the vineyard. 3And they caught him, and beat him, and sent him away emptie. 4And againe, hee sent vnto them another seruant; and at him they cast stones, and wounded him in the head, and sent him away shamefully handled. 5And againe, he sent another, and him they killed: and many others, beating some, and killing some. 6Hauing yet therefore one sonne his welbeloued, he sent him also last vnto them, saying, They will reuerence my sonne.
