3Then assembled together the chiefe Priests, and the Scribes, and the Elders of the people, vnto the palace of the high Priest, who was called Caiaphas, 4And consulted that they might take Iesus by subtiltie, and kill him. 5But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there bee an vproare among the people. 6¶ Now when Iesus was in Bethanie, in the house of Simon the leper, 7There came vnto him a woman, hauing an alabaster boxe of very precious ointment, and powred it on his head, as he sate at meat.
