7The righteous considereth the cause of the poore: but the wicked regardeth not to know it. 8Scornefull men bring a citie into a snare: but wise men turne away wrath. 9If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether hee rage or laugh, there is no rest. 10The bloodthirstie hate the vpright: but the iust seeke his soule. 11A foole vttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.
