4Therefore is my spirit ouerwhelmed within me: my heart within me is desolate. 5I remember the dayes of old, I meditate on all thy workes: I muse on the worke of thy hands. 6I stretch forth my hands vnto thee: my soule thirsteth after thee, as a thirstie land, Selah. 7Heare me speedily, O Lord, my spirit faileth, hide not thy face from mee: lest I be like vnto them that goe downe into the pit. 8Cause mee to heare thy louing kindnesse in the morning, for in thee doe I trust, cause mee to knowe the way wherein I should walke: for I lift vp my soule vnto thee.
