4For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: hee will beautifie the meeke with saluation. 5Let the Saints be ioyfull in glory: let them sing aloude vpon their beddes. 6Let the high praises of God be in their mouth: and a two edged sword in their hand: 7To execute vengeance vpon the heathen: and punishments vpon the people. 8To binde their Kings with chaines: and their Nobles with fetters of yron.
