It's been changed to a 5 month period,.. 2. , 2 an half months segments, or no souls would be saved ,.. an sense the anti- Christ comes first , an absolutely deceives many , that's how Jesus comes as a thief in the night, for most will already think he's here

    Hi David.

    I'm not sure I understand your Comment/Question.

But what I was elaborating to was a lot of what was done in the miracles back then such as raise the dead was for the purpose of Authentication. ( The kingdom has come amongst you)

Precious friend, Jesus Ortiz. Note: there are THREE future 'raptures.'

    (1) God's Scriptures for The Great GRACE Departure {rapture} Of The Body Of CHRIST, BEFORE The Time Of Jacob's Trouble:

    1 Corinthians 15:51-57

    1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 "falling away" = THE Great GRACE Departure "away from earth"

God's Scriptures for departures {raptures} DURING The Time Of JACOB's TROUBLE:

    (2) Revelation 11:1-12

    (3) Revelation 14:1-5

Precious friend, Jesus Ortiz, Please Be RichlyEncouraged, Enlightened,Exhorted, and Edified! ( 2 Timothy 2:15; Romans 16:25; Ephesians 1:3-9; Ephesians 3:9 = Grace/Mystery fellowship, today?)

    Hi Rick.

I think the original question was "Are WE given the authority to raise the dead " It wasn't anything about Jesus healing the sick. We all know "HE" does that.

And by the way Isaiah 53:5-6. Has nothing to do with sickness.

    It's healed from our iniquities.

But HE WAS WOUNDED FOR OUR TRANSGRESSIONS, HE WAS BRUISED FOR OUR INIQUITIES: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; AND THE LORD HATH LAID ON HIM THE INIQUITY OF US ALL..

Christ took the penalty of our sins upon him so we might be saved!!

Our sickness in the flesh will be taken care of in our glorified bodies.

    God bless.

How is it possible that Jesus returns before anti-christ completes his 42 months of rule, between the 6th & 7th trumpets? Unless you are talking about 6th trumpet Jesus, who 'comes like a thief' to install the abomination of desolation on the whole house of Israel, you are mistaken. God comes with anti-christ's army ( Ezekiel 38:4) to destroy Babylon and put the world in great tribulation.

The Jesus you are looking for is the 7th trumpet Jesus, standing on the hill with His 144 thousand saints. I have been telling you this for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, but you refuse to take instruction. Study the 6th trumpet, day of the Lord ( Isaiah 13, Isaiah 47, Joel 2:1-11, Revelation 18) as we are approaching our visitation.

Susan This is written to the body of Christ, Church of God Ephesians 1:17-19 Verse 19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe according to the working of his mighty power. I didn't write the book but I do believe it! I know a women who prayed for her son who at the time put a loaded gun to his mouth and pulled the trigger it shot and the bullet turned into powder in his mouth. He found out later His mother was praying for Him at the exact time he shot the gun. Outcome was He got born again and now is working for God. I don't try to figure it out I just believe and let Go and let God.

Your brother-in-law is a fear monger. The statutes have changed. In 312 AD Constantine changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. Keep the Sabbath in your heart.

Ask him when the Jewish Sabbath starts/ends, and if he says anything other than "Friday at sundown through Saturday at sundown", put him in his place. Let me know how it works out.

Dgjot Don't you think that Adam and Eve had daughters if that is true, and notice only men are mentioned in genealogy for the most part why?
  • David - 4 years ago
Gabriel Nyamai In the old testament in Judges chapter 11: 30-40 Jephthah vowed a vow to the lord that whoever came out of his house would be offered up for a burn't offering. When he got home his daughter came out to meet him, now that doesn't mean she was literally burn't, that means that all her life she would spend in the temple praying. In His Service

    Part II "Do we have 'authority' to raise the dead?" IF God's Will is for that, then HE "Will raise the dead," be we do not have the 'authority' as did the apostles ONLY {see Previous post...}

What is God's Program for today?:

    God's GRACE In our infirmities

    (1) Read Romans 5:1-5, especially take note of verse 3, "we glory [rejoice] in tribulations." We are not instructed here to glory in spite of the trials of life we find ourselves in, but we are to rejoice because of them. That is to say we are to thank God for allowing times of suffering into our life. This passage of Scripture expressly states that The Lord uses the tribulations of life "to conform us to The Image Of His Son" ( Romans 8:29).

To this end, He uses all things "to work together for good to them that love God, to them that are the called According To His Purpose" ( Romans 8:28). As we grow mature in The Lord, our Savior is Glorified. As believers in Jesus Christ it is given us "in behalf of Christ, not only to believe on Him, but also to suffer for His Sake" ( Philippians 1:29). (Borrowed from brother Ed Bedore) My own study:

    (2) After Paul [our #"pattern"# for Today!] prayed 3 times for his affliction, the "Answer he Received," According To The Scriptures, Was:

"And HE [CHRIST] Said Unto me, MY GRACE Is Sufficient For thee: For MY Strength Is Made Perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory [cp] in my infirmities, that The Power Of CHRIST May Rest Upon me!" ( 2 Corinthians 12:9) cp ( 2 Corinthians 11:23-30)

    (3) Compare With GRACE Scriptures: ( Romans 5:1-5) ( Romans 8:18) ( Romans 8:26-29) ( 1 Corinthians 10:13) ( 2 Corinthians 1:3-4) ( 2 Corinthians 4:17) ( 2 Corinthians 12:9) ( Philippians 3:21)

    #"pattern"# = Paul = ( 1 Timothy 1:16) ( Philippians 4:9)

Please Be RichlyEncouraged, Enlightened,Exhorted, and Edified in fellowship With Christ! ( 2 Timothy 2:15; Romans 16:25; Ephesians 1:3-9; Ephesians 3:9 = Grace/Mystery fellowship, today, ENDING in our resurrection 'from the dead'/rapture?)
  • Jason - In Reply - 4 years ago
It's not my opinion, it is written for all to see, for all to follow. The fact is Elijah is promised BEFORE the day of the Lord, not during or after, so he can't possibly be a witness. You are stubborn and can't take instruction; don't muse with your ego when you have access to the word of God ( Hosea 4:6).
  • Rick - In Reply - 4 years ago
S Spencer I've been in small fellowships where people have been genuinely healed of different physical ailments, just because someone else hasn't seen it does not mean it isn't available. Also just because someone doesn't believe doesn't mean it doesn't happen . My Bible says Jesus Christ the same yesterday today and tomorrow, also by his stripes I have been healed!
  • David - In Reply - 4 years ago
S Spencer So apparently the people who Jesus Christ raised from the dead are still alive?

Precious friends, look likes "Part I" did not get posted, so here it is:

Will God "rapture" the church out before the great tribulation? I believe By "studying God's Word Of Truth, Rightly Divided," we can ask HIM, "What Saith The SCRIPTURES"? Amen?:

    Part I

    PRE-TOJT Great GRACE Departure:

    (A) God's TWO Different programs, Rightly Divided

    (B) Distinctions Between GREAT GRACE Departure and Second Coming

LORD JESUS, we beseech Thee Now For Thy Divine Understanding In This Thy Most Important Doctrine For our COMFORT And Consolation. Amen. ( 1 Thessalonians 4:18)

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

    (A) God's TWO Different programs, Rightly Divided:

Time Of JACOB's {Israel's} Trouble (TOJT), Ending With The Second Coming, is found in:

God's Prophetic Program, Under LAW, gospel of the kingdom ("ages" past/future) (Genesis-John; Hebrews-Revelation)

God's "Earthly Kingdom" Purpose From "the foundation of the world" ( Matthew 25:34)

God's Purpose Prophesied "since the world began" ( Luke 1:68-70; Acts 3:21)

Rightly Divided ( 2 Timothy 2:15) From Things That DIFFER:

    Great GRACE Departure!

Pre-TOJT Resurrection/Departure of The Body Of CHRIST, Ending God's Age Of GRACE, Is Found In:

God's Revelation Of The Mystery, Under The Gospel Of The GRACE Of God { Current = "But NOW!" } (Romans through Philemon!)

God's "Heavenly Hidden" Purpose Before "the foundation of the world" ( Ephesians 1:4; 2 Timothy 1:9)

God's Heavenly Purpose Kept Secret "since the world began" ( Romans 16:25; Ephesians 1:4-11, 3:5-9)

to be continued in Part II...

    @Grace- You said:

"Musta been, since we 'know' "And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living." ( Genesis 3:20"

The big question everyone asks is: who did Cain marry? Many people assume that there were only the 3 of them (Adam, Eve & Cain) on the entire planet.

(This is after Cain killed Abel and God punishes him:)

13And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear.

14Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.

15And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

16And Cain went OUT from the presence of the LORD, and DWELT IN THE LAND OF NOD, on the east of Eden.

17And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

    My question is:

".....that every one that findeth me shall slay me." WHO IS EVERY ONE???

".....Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain....." WHO IS WHOSOEVER????

'.....And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived..." Where did he get his wife from, if there were only the 3 of them (Adam, Eve & Cain) on the entire planet?????? Did his mother become his wife??

Cain married one on of the descendants of the 6th-day-created people.

I second what Ikane has said. I believe Those gifts was always through the Lord and served its purpose.

No we are not given authority to raise the dead. what would it purpose to raise the dead today and die tomorrow?

Free, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

To truly understand the Kingdom of God you need to spend a good portion of you study in the Law and Prophets of the Old Testament.

Luke 16:31 And he said unto him, If they HEAR NOT MOSES and PROPHETS, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Acts 28:23 And when they had appointed him (Paul) a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the KINGDOM OF GOD, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening.

Mister Jason as I said to each his own interpretation of scripture, differences in interpretations is one reason why there are so many different denominations of the church. Simply, I disagree with you, one other thing the Bible States is do not debate over scripture - Titus 3:9 _ 2nd Timothy 2:14, you had your say, I've had mine, thank you.

Me again.. after reading further in John.

More of what Jesus has to say about him and God the Father being one in the same:

    1. "I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins."

    John 8:24 KJV

    2. "Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death."

John 8:51 KJV - "This is another remarkable claim that only makes sense if Jesus is God, and is one with God the Father. Jesus promises eternal life to those who keep His word."

    3. "Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am."

John 8:58 KJV - "With this dramatic phrase Jesus told them that He was the eternal God, existing not only during the time of Abraham but before unto eternity past. Jesus claimed to be the great I AM, the voice of the covenant God of Israel revealed at the burning bush ( Exodus 3:13-14). This is the third time in this chapter Jesus uses the phrase I AM ( John 8:24, 8:28, 8:58) The ancient Greek phrase is ego emi, which was the same term used in the Greek translation of the Old Testament in Jesus' day to describe the Voice from the burning bush. In using the phrase I AM, Jesus used a clear divine title belonging to Yahweh alone ( Exodus 3:13-14, Deuteronomy 32:39, Isaiah 43:10) and was interpreted as such by Jesus' listeners ( John 8:58-59). "I AM was recognized by the Jews as a title of deity." (Tenney)"

    4. "Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am he."

    John 13:19 KJV

The risen Christ that we speak of, has filled all things through and in His promised resurrection.

A heavenly kingdom , made without hands reserved in the heavens for you and me! This kingdom of heaven comes not with observation, but in fact is preserved in the heavens for those who love Him. Their is one heaven ,one Christ. The wall or veil has been broken down, torn in half, this that has separated us from the Father. This vail was removed with the final act of His sacrifice on the cross! Those who believe these things, shall be grafted into this place of salvation. Both Jew and Gentile! That whosoever believes in Him, should not perish ,but have everlasting life! Therefore there is no difference, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God! Both Jew and Gentile! Repent and be Baptized
