  • Patria on 2 Kings 7 - 10 years ago
God can make a way when it seems like there is no way. People should always walk by faith and not by sight. God can use anyone to deliver his people and god always provide.

  • Ms. Charlene on Matthew 14:18 - 10 years ago
This verse reminds me of how little becomes much in the Master's hands.
  • Patricia Zahler on Acts 22:21 - 10 years ago
Years of teachin Sunday morning and afternoon and evening had me perplexed by seeming contradictions. At age 37 my spiritual eyes were opened when I put my life into God's Hands. The loudest verse was The Great Commission, Matthew 28 19 and 20. There is a comma after nations, teaching themvti observe all things whatsoever I have COMMANDED you." What were the all things. Then Paul's message became clear. And backed up by the fact the apostles had not left Jerusalem after 15 years because every Jew had to be saved BEFORE they could take the message to the nations. See Acts 28:24-29.
  • Tah on John 11 - 10 years ago
Jesus healed the blind and raised the dead and the Pharisees did not like this and feared losing their nations because of this and wanted to kill Jesus, but it wouldn't of mattered because was still going to do what his father told him to
  • Grace on Exodus 3 - 10 years ago
Moses was equipped and prepared by God prior to his calling after being called God lead Moses and Moses followed Gods instructions God made Moses aware that he would meet resistance but God assured him he would be with him until Pharaoh let the people go. We must also seek Gods instruction and follow them as Moses and allow God to take care of us
  • Micheal on 2 Esdras 2 - 10 years ago
The Grace of God is to all, the law of Moses was not to make you or us live Holy before God, but to show how much we could not, thus God Is Love and His Grace is not to one people, it has appeared to all, Thus Jesus Christ the Son Of God. To have eternal life is to know God.
  • Sandra Wilson on 2 Corinthians 2 - 10 years ago
What ever you do; do it in love.
  • >Guess on Matthew 5 - 10 years ago
Jesus is teaching not to be worried if someome do us wrong and despitefully misuse us that He has already taken care of the one who does this to us, we can still pray for them that they may be blessed.
  • Musa on Luke 1:20 - 10 years ago
This is a very powerful verse. Note that due to a lack of faith in God, Zacharias was made deaf and dumb, in order that the good plans God had for him be fulfilled. God uses even what may seem like trials and tribulations, for the fulfilment of his plans. Which are always for our own good.
  • Verlena on Jonah 4 - 10 years ago
Everything Jonah had God prepared for him. God prepared the fish. God prepared the people. God prepared the gourd. God prepared the east wind. Jonah was selfish and unforgiving. Jonah gives us a good exammple of how we should not act as christians. Many times God forgives us and show us mercy but often we don't want to forgive or show mercy to others. Bishop Brandon Porter preached a message entitled "How can we forget"? So true. How can we forget what God has done for us. God has continued to love us and forgive us so we ought to do the same. Let's not be like Jonah by being angry, when God forgives others. Hasn't God forgiven you? Yes.

  • Charity on Genesis 2 - 10 years ago
Genesis 1 vs 26 lets us know dat man was created in IMAGE LIKENESS of God. This image is a body which was meant to house God in order to interpret his purpose on earth. That is why man was a complete dust until the life of God- which is his LIKENESS, was breath upon man nd man became a living soul unside d image. Genesis 2 vs 7.
