Deuteronomy 23:18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

It is clear enough that a dog sells at a price and is distinct from a whore. Both the price of a whore or of a dog are considered abominations.

Proverbs 26:11 As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.

The dog lacks self-control and cannot stay away from the vomit. Similarly the fool lacks self-control.

I have to fight the devil all day every day because he never stops trying to put doubt into my head about God and Jesus trying to cause me not to believe what the Bible says. I ask the Lord several times a day to please get him out of my head and it works but I wish the Devil would just quit and leave me alone. Amen

The Ten Commandments where meant for us to keep. No one was to break them that had salvation with the Living GOD. Now Salvation has been paid for with Blood of Jesus Christ first, then New New Jesus Christ. Why we children have fallen and walked outside the Narrway. I will save the Statutes for another conversation. Once you get salvation your quest is to Keep the Commandments before the two new ones come out and perform all the good works with sound doctrine you possible can. I believe, if not mistaken the word (Light) Genesis 1:3 (Capitalized) only appears only once, in Genesis 1:3 only.

Capitalized for one reason, capitalizations are for person, place, thing, or idea.

I believe Gen.1:3 is actually saying, And God said, Let there be (Jesus Christ) : and there was (Jesus Christ).

Lot and his Daughters laid with the Devil, and should have been destroyed by GOD. I for many years stayed away from the Bible, and always thought it was a book of goodness, but this act of evil by Lot and his Daughters, has turned my mind from by what this book was supposed to represent. When I addressed this to a few friends, they just said that all evil lays with us even today. That is not an answer for such evils to go on without punishment by GOD! I will continue to read on with this book, but will not allow this act to leave my mind.
