To me the verse points to Faith, evidence of things not seen God 's mercy endures forever.

There is some confusion on Judah, kjv says he rules and others say he strays. Explain.

This is a prophecy that points toward the Messiah and how he was called out of Egypt. Jesus was taken into Egypt and after Herod died he was brought back from Egypt. The fulfillment of this is found at Matthew 2:15.

The named of my God is Jesus Christ and was not brought/delivered of a lady or a human being. Because of his announcements and his characteristics of what is God is? No. 1.
