Clearly the water is physical birth. That which is flesh is flesh. Flesh is physical and it is associated with water. We say, her water broke. Spirit is obviously the new birth. This is a good verse for the oneness to explain. Genesis 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven Strange verse if there is no Godhead. What aboutGenesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: The angles sure didn 't help Him considering Isaiah 44:24 I am the LORD that maketh all things that stretcheth forth the heavens alone that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself. What aboutGe 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us. Who is us? Hosea 12:4 Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him in Bethel, and there he spake with us Who is the US in this verse? The Bible tells you. Hosea 12:5 Even the LORD God of hosts the LORD is his memorial.

Jesus has thousand ways to show his mighty works that he is the light of the world but many people doesnt believe him that he is the Son of the Living God but then Jesus performs more miracles and have commanded and used one of his faithful servant Jacob. From the birth and the life of Jesus and thru his cruxifiction and death he have redeemed the world and save us from our sins. We have given a second chance a new begining with full of life in abundance. We are already victorious because of Jesus forgiveness. Jesus death was a remarkable in the history that 's the reason Christianity are blossoms because of God 's love and mercy that he imparted to us and from his Apostles. We must thank Jesus and praised him for everything he have done into our lives.

One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God, and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Verse 6 may have a complex meaning. Both the Jewish religion and the Christian religion worship the same God. A difference is the Jewish religion does not accept Jesus as Lord. So this verse could be speaking of God in the manner the Jews, King of Israel, see him being redeemed by Jesus, the Lord of hosts, who returns at the end of days. BOTH proclaim that there is no God but YHWH. In the end of days war they both, Jews and Christians will fight together and Jesus will redeem Israel. People that claim YHWH is not God will be defeated. Verse 24 means that the Christian religion with Jesus as redeemer is the religion as it was meant to be when it was formed in the womb. Jesus proclaims that YHWH formed all things as Jesus and YHWH are one joined in Holy Spirit.

Wonderful explanation. Really love this site.
  • Andrew on Isaiah 44 - 11 years ago
Israel, the true Israel, Jacob, will finally be saved. But not all who call themselves Israelite are Israelite. Some belongs to the Synagogue of Satan. It tells a lot to read the Gospel to note that the Pharisees, Saduccess, Lawyers, who are the leaders of the people are severely condemned by Jesus Christ. The real coming back of Jews to their land in God 's word, if it is God ordained according to His word, is coming together in belief not in unbelief.

The diviners must surely be mad because, their predictions did not hit the target. Their plans did not not work out as planned, they now become the victim rather than being the jubilant.

I Praise God that my transgressions have been blotted out as a thick cloud and as a cloud my sins. I have returned unto my Lord for I know that I am redeemed. I have been bought back by the Blood of Jesus that He shed for me. I belong to Him now. I have no rights within myself but I have all rights through Jesus Christ. I Praise God that I have been brought out of darkness into His marvelous light.
  • Moses on Isaiah 44:26 - 11 years ago
Isaiah 44 26...he fulfil the word of his servant and performe their councel.....God gave priority to his servants to say things by his name and according to his words then he God will let it be,as well when the true men of God gave councel,God will perform it in the life of whosoever carries it out.The bible say in 2 Samuel 16 23,and the councel of Aithophel is as if God speaks and one has asked from God.....so God has respect for the words that comes out of his true ministers.....Aithopel in that case can be called a servant of God to David, not until he mess up the opportunity and David pray agains him when he joined the rebels, then his concel became foolishness according to David words.
  • Rev. Autrey on Isaiah 44 - 11 years ago
In Isiah 44. verse 22, God says, 'I have blotted out your sins. They are gone like the morning mist at noon! Oh, return to me, for I have paid the price to set you free. ... ' Didn 't Jesus blot out our sins, and pay the price to set us free? This means that Jesus is the Old Testsament God who said these things. The trouble is, we just do not want to admit this. We perfer to believe that there are two Gods, a big one and a little one. But this is not true. God is one God. And just because he calls himself the Father or the Son does not change this fact. Let 's put it this way. When God decided to come into the world he called himself the Father. But when he came he called himself the Son. But God is always this way because he is alwsys making decisions, and always doing things. But the fact remains that when God walked on earth he did it as Jesus the Son. That is why the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are all about what God as Jesus did and said. If you have trouble believing this ask God to help you!
  • Kenrick Francis on Isaiah 44 - 12 years ago
We are God 's human creation made in his image and likeness. However we , like dry bones in Ezekiel 's valley of the dry bones, need the breath of God, the Holy Spirit of God, the Water of the Holy Spirit to nurture us and to give us that spiritual growth. Nothing else can do this for God 's creation.

What the world has to offer to quench our thirst for our my flesh will never satisfy but will only make you me more thirsty because it do not fulfill the want or the desire !!! What the has to offer in His word will quench the firey darts of the wicked and fulfill us me. I desire to have the water of life poured out unto me I have to deny myself worldy pleasures for sin has pleasure foe a season not lasting .Praise God foe the water of Life !!!!
  • Toni on Isaiah 44:3 - 12 years ago
For those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, they will be filled. Those who call on the name of the Lord Jesus, who is life, will be baptized with the gift of the Holy Ghost that living water that springs up and is a river of flowing waters. This is the refreshening for our souls. People are dry and destitute of the truth. But when we seek Jesus, God pours out of Himself and fills us with abundant life that comes with His Son Jesus. Outside of Christ, is a dry, dehydrated and dead soul. But in Him, our spirit flourishes and we grow in the grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We will be green with the fruits of the spirit, and will have joy, peace, faith, love, kindness, meekness, temperance and patience. We will be the righteous child of God. Hearts need to turn to God and call on the name of His dear Son Jesus, so the showers of blessing will rain down and saturate the land with living water.

  • Thorwald Johansen on 1 Timothy 6:16 - 12 years ago
I believe that 1Timothy 6:16 refers to the same figure being described in John 5:37. There is a "Father" whom no man can see, nor hear His voice.

Many have seen The Lord God Almighty. This tells me, that the 'Father/Son/Holy Ghost' DOES NOT include Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the 'first born of all CREATION...The Son of The Son of The Trinity. Revelation 1:6 seems to back this up [GOD has a Father]. The Godhead ( Isaiah 44:6) is composed of two figures...The Lord God Almighty & Jesus Christ.
