Discuss Proverbs 1 Page 16

My favorite verse is verse 7 the fear of The Lord is the beginning of knowledge.

Amen, your word is true! The turning away of the simple shall slay them. Let we become a diligent man! PRAISE THE LORD IN ALL MY HEART!HALLELUJAH.

(This is my response to Lurline's comment dated 9/15/2013 at 5:20pm on Chapter 15 about verse 4):

God is a JUST GOD. He will NOT let it happen that His words shall NOT make known unto ONE flesh before the end come...In the last days, God shall pour out His Spirit upon ALL flesh ( Acts 2:17)...To pour out His Spirit means to make known His words ( Proverbs 1:23)...This shall be done after the gospel shall be preached to ever creature ( Mark 16:15-16) in all nations ( Matthew 28:9-20)...in all the world, and then shall the end come ( Matthew 24:14).

Trust upon God,wait upon him,fear him alone,call unto him and he will hearken to your call and meet you at the point of your need and will never fail you.

Avoid the ways of the wicked, seek knowledge from God to learn how to live right.

I think once you fear GOD then you will understand what he has for us. A better life.

This is in response to Lynda's Proverbs Chapter 1 comment about verse 7 on 9/08/2013, 10:16am: We cannot know what to do and what not to do, if we have never read, heard or been thought about the scriptures. Because the purpose why we need to read the scriptures is written in 2 Timothy 3:1 which says that, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

The "fear" (acknowledgement of the authority & power) of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (learning obedience to His Word). His Word is God (Jesus Christ- John 1:1-14)Himself ! How can you know what to do & what not to do, if you have never read, heard or been taught? The BIBLE (Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth)is to let us know the character & love of God toward us. It gives us Commandments & Precepts on "How to Live" so we will not have a sorrowful life. It lets us know we can call on God for the answers we have yet to learn out of the 66 inspired, infallible Word of God.

The insight I discerned on Pro.1:7 is to revere and recognize the Lord first, and wisdom can be cultivated at unlimited levels in Christ Jesus.

A wise man Is liken to that man Jesus meant should be like a child if he must enter Gods kingdom. A wise man is a man of humility. A man of peace

Proverbs 8:9 ! The are all plain to him who understands,and right to those find knowledge

you need to walk in GOD'S presence, so that you may not enter in to temptetion,

love proverbs because it tell's us what god wants of us, living right as his laws

Proverbs 1:18 is simply saying that we should be cearful of what we think,say,do to others becaus what you sow is what you will reep.

Thy lot is your experience and view of Gods grace.listen to others experience, share yours. Together we recieve a greater view of a love that is much larger than any one person can comprehend."Gods love" One purse means one God.one love the only infinite love.

The only valuable wealth,is an understanding of Gods word.as we act upon that understanding our house will be filled with the grace of God.the precious substance is Gods love!

Like the way that it is written so we may have complete faith because we rely on his promise of his power in times of trouble!

Material things carries no significants to the soul, but what we give or do for Christ whole heartly and others in the act of sencere love and generosity to others do!

Turn you at My reproof,
that only Christ lead us as a sheep, whom follow, as He called us sons of GOD.

Practically reverencing and honouring God through our lifestyle is the beginning of true knowledge. Fools can be any calibre of persons in the sosciety,but as long as they disregard the wisdom of the wisdom of the word and its instruction, they are fools.

To receive the instruction of wisdom justice,and judgmentand equity,(Jesus Christ)should be the only one path to follow in his direction,with this is the only way will have,Love,Joy,Peace,Long Suffering,Gentless,Goodness,Faith,Meekness,Temperance,in your live because of his promise.

The word of God is the way of life for all mankind

GOD fearing is the key to success in life.

A totally vast wealth of the way to live right and be have a happy and fulling life.

What a mighty and loving God we serve who willingly gives wisdom to those who asks. How sad for those who don't.

This Proverbs Chapter 1 is an instruction to us..

I have been thirsting to find the instruction in which Christ wants us to live by, and it took a trip to the doctors office when God sent the driver to pick me up and give me direction to read Proverbs. I'm just happy to finally find guidance and instruction.
