The Lord has shown me through this psalm that He indeed is Lord and Master over all. I have found all the strength and comfort I need in Him. I had wandered away from Him and through trials He has brought me nigh unto Himself. Praise to His holy name. Amen.

Firstly we have to wait on the Lord in prayer until he revives us to pray. We wait until he touches us so that our spirit are awake to worship him. The lord is worshipped through the spirit not the flesh. While we wait in verse 1 the flesh loses its hold on us. Once our spirit is awakened through waiting patiently the Holy spirit is released that we pray powerfully. Then verse 2 will follow ie he ll bring us out of horrible pit, it could be sin or stress whatever is bothering ur life. Verse 3 he ll bring a new song on ma mouth ie.there ll be praise coming forth. So in actual fact it starts with WAITING WHICH IS PRAYER. NO ONE IS DELIVERED UNTIL PRAYER IS DONE.

Let such as seek Thee rejoice and be glad in Thee. Let such as love thy salvation, say continually the Lord be magnified. King David waited patiently for the Lord, and He delivered him from the pit. He preached righteousness in the great congregation. Though this Psalm is about the Lord Jesus Christ, as it is written in the volume of the book, “Lo a body thou has given me, I delight to do thy will.” Jesus went to the cross to pay our sin debt, and rose the third day for our justification. Jesus will sing in the great congregation of His brothers. Thank God we can sing to the glory of God for all that He has done for us. Tell someone about the love of God, and share your bread with the poor and the needy.

ECC.12:6 if i may ; i see this as things that man has made such as silver cord or a golden bowl or broken pitcher or a broken wheel as for the cistern. It reflects on the living waters of life then as unto Christ becoming the the true source of life. The whole duty of man is to fear God and keep His commandments. In psalms 40:7 speaks about the volume as to which you shall be judged out of. I hope this shine a light so that others may express their thoughts as well.

Count your blessings name them one by one, Count your blessings name them one by one, Count your blessings name them one by one, you'll be surprised at what the Lord has done. I want to refer all to the speech by Abraham Lincoln declaring the last Thursday of November of every year as Thanks giving day. Count your blessing friends.

Without being much of a model Christian, I do find peace in the Good Book and particularly in the Psalms. They always have a wise word for the troubles in life. As a musician I can tell they had the purpose of glorify His power and sing His kindness. There's protection in Psalms and wisdom for day to day life
