Jesus knows how to move and when to move. He knows the adversary the lion and how he works!
In John ch. 7. we see Him confront the enemy in His own house. A house filled with deceit, hate, and division.
Jesus knows the hearts, of these leaders who wish only to silence Him permanently. Yet He proclaims who He is, in the light of Satan working in the hearts of man!
Jesus does not run from the truth, He convicts them of their hypocrisy , in their own temple.
The point being, we cannot satisfy righteousness through the works of man. The righteousness the world needs must come through faith in the savior! A humble and contrite heart that will lead into a grace led life in peace , mercy and truth!
If you see it someplace else, remember, Satan and how He makes himself into an angel of light! Christ first, all the time! Repent and be Baptized
