Hello Alan; here's what the scriptures say about your question. ( Psalm 8:1; also verse 3) Psalm 113:4, just to mention two. After reading these scriptures I have reason to believe that there are different dimensions of heaven, so if you're talking about where God is I don't think that's a good assumption according to these scriptures.
