I'm reading from the Cepher Millennium Edition. The word carbuncle refers to a rare stone in the first row of the breast plate of the high priest. Verse 5 speaks to music in a banquet of wine, is light a rare stone set in gold, (precious). Verse 6 re-edify verse 5 again showing the importance of music at a banquet, and verse 7 says refrain from speaking, if you must speak scarcely.
