Before we sin , we must think it

first and that is covet or lust .

1 John 2:16

For all that is in the world, thelustof the flesh, and thelustof the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Apostle Paul talks about sinning in the lust thereof .

Romans 6:12

Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in thelusts thereof.

We cannot escape lust, it is part of our inner body, but we can control it by the word of God and the help of the Holy Spirit.

Galatians 5:17

For the fleshlusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

But if we are in the word daily, then we will receive the fruit of the Spirit.

Galatians 5:22-23
