I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day.
Apostle Paul took in Timothy and circumcised him to welcome him in Judaism.
Acts 16:1
Then came he to Derbe and Lystra: and, behold, a certain disciple was there, namedTimotheus, the son of a certain woman, which was a Jewess, and believed; but his father was a Greek:
There is no proof that Apostle Paul wrote Hebrews, but he did have a love for his Jewish people. Apostle Paul always addresses himself in all his epistles.
2 Thessalonians 3:17-18
17The salutation of Paul with mine own hand, which is the token in every epistle: so I write.
Colossians 4:18
18The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
18The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you. Amen.
All we know, that Hebrews was written to Jews for the coming Tribulation of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
