What has literal Jerusalem to do with the King of saints and Jerusalem of the great King?" neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King."(Mt.5.35)
Heresies owe to the literalism and they refuse to see through eye of faith. "For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light." Without this minimum requirement no discussion about rapture of any other topic is possible.
