More on Matthew 25 in regard to the Millennial reign of Christ

    verses 31-36

31 "When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

34 "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'

The arrival of Christ signals the beginning of the Millenium. Verses 34-36 show the conditions that determine entering the Kingdom for the righteous and following verses not included here for those not entering in who are going straight to eternal fire.

We notice conditions here that surely would NOT occur during the Millennial rule of Christ when at the end heaven and earth flee away after a final worldwide rebellion against Christ and those already in the Holy City as we read at the end of Revelation 21 and continuing into eternity in chapter 22. Those in the passages above are no doubt those 144,000 or people captured and eventually martyred who all suffer deprivation. We read in Revelation 7:16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. God then leads them to water and wipes every tear from their eyes.

Again as my other posts indicate once the sixth seal comes about

And they said to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb. ( Rev. 6:16). Therefore actions prove faith or lack of it.
