Let us set the Parable in proper context,"When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:"(Mt.25.31;19.28) It is the day of Regeneration and it iconcerns the judgment as well." ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel." A day is different from the acceptable yyear of the Lord. This is where the Covenant helps us correctly divide the truth comparing spiritual with spiritual. Know nothings pooh pooh to their damnation as hyper spiritualixing the text. May God open their eyes.
"And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night."(Gen.1.16) Acceptable year of the Lord refers to judgment of the day so we have two signs one to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night. It is to which the day of Regeneration deals with. Outer darkness is where shall be mixt multitude.
"And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful." The Son of man in his glory refers to the throne of the Lamb hyphenated with that of his Father says,'It is done.'(Rev.21.5-6) Those who entered into God's rest are a new creation and they are shown descending from heaven while the judging of nation cover nations of darkness. The mystery of Rev.17.2 where the great harlot refers "With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication." .Little do these sons of perdition know that there is a payback time. "For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities." It is paid double! "Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me./And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal."(Matt.25.45-46)
