alot nice comments on this page here. while listening preacher on radio he said Adam was to blame for the curse of mankind,ive heard this for 40yrs. preachers n the like need to cut him some slack, Adam did not create the tree that cursed him or the human race, he was created to tend the tree he was to be tempted by

He is the human Father of all Mankind and gets the respect of a floor mat,when was the last time scene a sculpture or famous painting of Adam. or credit for being the first and every persons Great Grandfather

with some regret, evidence to substantiate my claim,when mr trickster who is known for tempting.

tempted Eve with the tempted substance.lopsided push,with know one on the other side to say No.

yes i know God told them not to do it but this was current live with Eve saying 'i ate its ok'.sounded like Adam had No intent at the time n said to Eve n the dvl. 'God told us not to eat this'. says in book of wisdom the 'dvl wanted to be a part of it'

Thanks Gerald for sharing that.i understand that,but like you said 'she propagated the lie of the dvl'meaning it did not come from her own heart.if it woulda been jst the 2 of them no 3rd party. woulda been differant.if they would of ate they woulda been guilty.thru pure freewill choice disobedience.there freewill choice was influenced with change of heart.when some one is persuaded/influenced beguiled there thoughts/heart are no longer with in themselves no longer purely there own

in this case persuasion was for deth n destruction

the act of beguilement didnt exactly make them victims until the result of it.

death is the worst thing that can happen any living being,so how could the first people to receive death penalty be not victims

what would be another word or title for that.truth is all humans are victims of what happened there starting with them.

if were all Not victims we would of Not needed a Savior, to be saved of what,to be saved redeemed of death

Jesus is referred to as a Spotless Victim,because he had to experince death. to save believers.

God said i Give to all a Blessing and a Curse,the blessing is life thru Jesus the curse of death thru the dvl,basically

Just thinking on your post and came to these thoughts.

Satan devised sin in his own heart when evil did not exist. He will not be redeemed.

Eve was tempted by Satan. She did not devise sin in her own heart. The temptation to disobey came from without. With this temptation, evil arose within her and she sinned. She chose to disobey and therefore is culpable for her sin. Adam also, was tempted to eat by Eve, and evil arose within him and he sinned, disobeying what God had commanded of him. He was culpable for his own choice to disobey God.

Both Adam and Eve, thought made without sin, freely chose to give into the temptation and the influence of evil the tempter posed to them. So, in some sense they were a victim of the tempter's evil wiles, yet, they freely chose to disobey, so they also became sinful by their own volition. However, God offered redemption to Adam and Eve and all of their descendants with the promise of the Savior in Gen. 3:16. God bestowed mercy to humans, most likely due to the evil work of Satan upon them. But in Satan and his angels case, God did not bestow mercy. To me, God's workings and will in all of this is still difficult to comprehend wholly, but we can know that nothing happens without God's knowledge and also in accordance to His purpose and plan, which is good and just and righteous.

I am glad I am not an angel who sinned. Rather, a human made to receive redemption though Jesus and His salvific work which flowed from the mercy and grace of God. God's justice was poured out on Jesus for us, and now we are justified before God through faith in Jesus, in His perfect life, His agonizing atonement in His voluntary death for the people given to Him by the

Father.

So I shout out "Hallelujah, Praise to the Lord God Almighty who saved me, a broken and corrupted sinner who needed Him before I came to faith and every moment since. His blood bought redemption came to me because of His mercy, grace, and election!

That God turned a curse into a blessing by taking that curse upon himself is true but insider all the blood shed by man in his incessant wars even from the murder of Abel to the present day as a consequence of that disobedience . All the walls and towers that have gone up since the Tower of Babel into armed and fortified cities one against the other . Even up to the present day . The world is littered with the ruins and carcases of how many ' world orders'? Adam was not a victim .

The last Adam was not a victim either though He is often portrayed as a pathetic mother fixated victim in many a graven image.

The Love of God is no sentimental wish washy 'support' the Love of God His face like a flint to go to Jerusalem" swear great drops of blood to ensure He fulfilled the will of zGod as promised in the garden . Endured every stroke for with each stripe we wouid be healed . The chastisement of our peace was laid upon Him . It was not the nails that kept Him on the cross it was the Love of God fir our sakes and f that Sin might receive its mortal blow and the enemy of man's soul wouod be cast down .

For by one man's disobedience all die .

Hello, I'm afraid your assertion that Adam was innocent ( being a victim) makes by yiyr reasoning God guilty .

For is it not written " By one man's disobedience all die"?

God did not declare him innocent .

What have you done God saud have YOU eaten of the tree I told you not to?

When men sin they always get someone to sin with them and also blame everyone else but themselves .

Adams reply? " The woman thou gavest me.." it was yiur fault God ..

God did not see it that way for this is not a matter of opinion but of righteous judgement .

Then God dealt with Adam and while showing him mercy by giving him a covering of animal skins showed the consequences that flowed from his disobedience the first that the innocent dying for the guilty . For the animal had to be sacrificed to give them a covering . Is it not written " love covers a multitude of sin"?

Then Hod turned to Eve she in turn blamed the serpent but God found her guilty and showed what the consequences of her actions would be but still showed mercy by giving her a covering .

In the garden they had been blessed and had had free access to the tree of life . But now they were cast out of the garden and under a curse .

Then God turned to the serpent who said nothing being the instigator of it all .He was shown no mercy but was judged but was told that his inheritence was the dust of the earth and that his downfall in the end would be by another man born of a woman but not of Adams seed .

But thanks for pointing out the fact that in offering to Adam the forbidden fruit she in effect saud the devil spoke the truth and God lied fir look I'm not dead!

She propagated the lie of the serpent " ye shall not surely die"Thus changing the truth into a lie" For God saud " in the day ye eat of it you shall surely die " just by adfingb'not".

But man " looketh on the outward appearances God looks on the heart" Adam disobeyed God and obeyed his wife .

Stopped walking by faith and walked by sight .

1 Timothy 2v 14 And Adam was not deceived , but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

So Adam sinned in a different way , he allowed eve to seduce him , not fulfilling his responsibilities as the leader . V15 For Adam was first formed , then eve . So both sinned in the end .
