He asks, "Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain."(Zech.4.7) "He putteth forth his hand upon the rock; he overturneth the mountains by the roots."(28.9)
"And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder." Do we see the signs of it when chaff is allowed to change laws to suit their whims?
