It is thus the Spirit of God presents the heaven in terms of the earth in Gen.1.1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
In the book of Job we have the treasures of the hails "Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail." which also are prepared in heaven. . The time for them has been already set. "And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done." 'It is done' meaning that God is in control."And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great" that cities of the nations fell. "And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great." (Rev.16.17-21)
Having prepared us for the power and majesty of the Lord Amighty the Spirit presents us the verse, "And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. "And from the wicked their light is withholden." Separating light from darkness was under the Law of the Spirit.
