There is a saying The Holy Spirit needs a clean body to live in The clean here does not only refer to the actual clean body which of course we have to look after anyway but it refers to the clean mind clean thoughts no sins no dirty thoughts no anger or despise to people full of love and clean in spiritual and physical way Then to welcome the Holy Sprit to live inside and be able to do His part in our lives.
