I found this passage questionable. The punishment suppose to be given to the old prophet that lied to this young prophet. The bible recons that the man that took him home was an old prophet. Even God prophesied through him that the young prophet will die, it came to pass. So if God is really using the old prophet, I see no reason the young prophet should not believe him. I found this passage contradicting.
