THis is my favorite bible verse. Though I do not observe the christian faith, I was inspired by this statement. I have written a poem as a result- as follows : Raging waves of the sea, foaming in their own shame, Wandering Stars ' Blackness of Darkness Forever Blind In the darkness only are we able to shine Along Rogue Planets Gone Astray Hidden to the naked eye SO shall they stay Until the cursed light of day and the masks that the monsters wear to feed upon their prey.
