    I agree with Marty. Jesus is God in the flesh. notice the last part of the verse in John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. THE WORD WAS GOD.. now drop down to John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
    It clearly says the word was God in verse 1 then in verse 14 the word was made flesh (speaking of Jesus)
