    cont.-"So God created man in His own image."-Gen.1:27. In the context then, it is easy to see the plural as one of deliberation. As an analogy I might say, "let's see ..."; literally I am saying "Let us see," but I'm not speaking or referring to another person. I'm simply using an expression to indicate deliberation. Similarly God worketh all things after counsel of His own will, Eph.1:11.
