We are fortunate to have this saying of Jesus because it reminds us that, in the midst of our greatest difficulties, He is with us to overcome them. He is able to do so because He overcame them in His own experiences as He lived here, facing lies, persecutions, and abandonment in the end by his own 'friends. ' There is no tribulation that I can face that will, in the end, be any worse than His therefore, I can have peace, knowing that in Him I can overcome any adversity.

I have a granddaughter , 25 years old,that her mother has forsaken her and her father committed suicide when she was a baby so i want to give her this scripture to encourage her. God will be her father and her mother, praise God!.

I was in the Army in Dessert Storm in Iraq. this scripture was read to us before we went to battle. After hearing this scripture, we knew that we were well protected in our time of need. When ever I read this verse my soul get revived. It motivate us to read the scripture always, Glory to the Lord.

The Lord lifts me up away from my enemies. When I am under duress my God lifts me up and sets me in a place of praise so that I can sing unto Him.

What an awesome Psalm to read. It depicts exactly who God is to his faithful people, the remnants he has kept and protected and had blessed in the land given unto them. Indeed, he is our covering and protection, our shield against the evil wiles of the enemy. And surely, like he does always he will deliver his saints from strange children whose mouth speaks vanity and their right hands a hand of falsehood! Halleluyah, we have a God who watches over us day and night, and will not allow any evil to come to our abode! The Lord is my tower of strength, and I will fear no foe nor evil. Praise his name forever!

Psalm 23 has been my help through many trials butInever understood verse 4 until i walked the valley of the shadow of death spiritually, i had to use divine faith knowing my God was with me and praise God He saw me through to the mountain top. God is an awesome God with so much love for His children.

You know what stands out the most in these passages of scriptures for me, is that the beautiful rainbow that appears sometimes after it rains is the covenant that God made with man and every living creature on the earth that he would not destroy this earth with water next time nor will he cut off all flesh. Verses 12 to 16. So whenever I see a rainbow I thank God that he remembers his covenant. Now I know someone will say that we still have floods. This is true, however the flood that God was saying that he would not do again is the flood that he covered the whole Earth with and destroyed all manner of living creatures except those that were on the ark. He never said he would stop the rain. Some of the floods that we are experience in our time are man made due to poor sewer systems and other things.

when you get saved and surrender your life daily to Jesus His power enables you to be obedient. Asking that His character come forward just when you go church your Pastor say hide me and let Jesus speak thru theses lips of clay. surrender your will and desires to Jesus! That 's makes you perfect!

I got hold of this chapter in my early 30 's,I 'm now in my later 60 's and the promised Holy Spirit of Truth reveals Jesus at deeper levels year by year.What great comfort.

This scripture gives me conformation to Proverb 3 5 6...If I trust, lean not,and acknowledge God... GOD will give me the strength to overcome all things thru him!!!!

I Praise God that my transgressions have been blotted out as a thick cloud and as a cloud my sins. I have returned unto my Lord for I know that I am redeemed. I have been bought back by the Blood of Jesus that He shed for me. I belong to Him now. I have no rights within myself but I have all rights through Jesus Christ. I Praise God that I have been brought out of darkness into His marvelous light.

I used to have very bad nightmares. I saw on a tv show that if you feel evil around you to read this chapter. I woke up from a really bad nightmare one night and could feel something very bad around me. A strong feeling like something all around me. I almost had a panic attack, scared me so bad. I prayed for God to help and protect me. I thought of this verse instantly so I started to read it and to my surprise,It wasn 't what I had read a few days before that. It was bad. "My eyes " Were playing tricks on me so I got a bookmark and slowly started to read it again with the bookmark under each line as I read. I started to feel my shoulders getting lighter and the more I read, the more that feeling went through my body. By the time I had finished the chapter, I felt better than I had felt in a very long time. A few days later I had just started to have one of a recurring nightmare. I woke up right as it started. Of course I read Psalms 91. I didn 't have another one for a long time. I still have them but not anything like I used to. I know I was protected by GOD or one of his Angel 's. The 1st night I read this chapter I was so very thankful and still am. Please keep me in your prayers. I know that I still feel that bad feeling around me sometimes but I know how to stop it now.
