Please pray that God may give me wisdom. I need to make a decision on whether or not to get involved in an activity that would require many hours of commitment. Also, it seems mostly Biblical, but there is one part of it that I am not sure whether or not it contradicts the command in the Bible about the Sabbath in Exodus 20, so I need wisdom to discern from the Bible whether or not this activity would break that command. GIGI: this is me-Donna. once again- I am not able to do scriptures as i converse. forgive me. I will share of Arthur. Feb of 25, has, I say. given up on Arthur. I did not, though the traveling, going with I could and would check on him, clean him, get him things to eat as he had tried to build a home of his own, I gave a lot of blankets, microwave, what dishes I could for him, knowing he could not see and was risking danger to try to cook for himself. I tried and tried to get him on disability to get a care worker and not to be surprised, no one wanted to care for him because of his disability and not able to care for himself, I say. My journeys of reaching out for Help for him was unsuccessful as he resided in Washington. his sugar was so low, I guess through the Grace of God being with Arthur that had my attention for him, the level would be so low as to 25 etc and scary for me. anyhow, he was admitted into the hospital, immediately surgery done, stayed there for 2 months and the doctors, nurses housekeepers etc all gave up on him. I cried for my son and prayed silently. requested a lot of prayers and still do. well since they put him on Hospice care and ready to give up on him, I took over despite of my stroke I had, I did the best I could. Here in Oregon, I took him to the health clinic, got medication, talked like heck feeling so helpless Not knowing what to do but cry at times but did not give up. It was so hard Caring for him, Got him on the Oregon Health Insurances, set him up with a Care worker, got the Good Sheppard to come do home visit and help me clean his surgery wounds but they stopped so I continued. Toda its been since Feb. of 25 His wounds a basically Cured by my consistently tending to them, him 24/7. It was and is Hard. His now in Milton Freewater Oregon I do not know how long and he will adjust to it with good needs. He needs Cataract surgery so hopefully they will help him on that, because of our ways to each other, He treated me With Valguar

My prayer request is for my twin brother Gearld Dix. He is in his 3rd week of kemo and radiation for throat cancer. His spirit is good, we laugh and call each other every day. I'm in Texas and he's in Alabama.
The Doctor upped his treatment this week and now he's losing hair, weaker...to be expected. But we know God is able because He healed me in 1997.
Please pray for Doug. He is my friend Wes's father. Wes has been going to church for a while.Wes is saved and a Christian. He is earnestly praying that his father be healed as am I. I want to pass this prayer request on, so others can pray for him. Doug has a swollen brain. Doug is currently at a VA hospital. His brain is being afflicted by intermural cerebral amyloid angiopathy. Unfortunately, there is no cure available to the medical community for this affliction. However, I believe in the God of miracles. I have seen him perform miracles in my life and the lives of others. Thanks for reading this. Dear Lord, I know that you are Jehovah Jireh, the healer. I pray that Doug will be healed from this affliction, and by God's grace, he will be able to leave the VA hospital healthy again. Dear God, please remove this affliction from my friend's dad's brain. I know your grace surpasses what we deserve. I pray that you will give the medicine community and the brain specialist insight and wisdom to navigate this enigmatic issue. Lord, let this miracle show the doctors that your grace and power are beyond their comprehension, and they would acknowledge that it is only by you and you alone as the ultimate healer. That all our plans and preparations will be blessed and covered by you Oh Lord. That this time of coming together to celebrate her life and legacy will also be the place where your presence is felt throughout the celebration, at the Church, at the Crematorium at the Wake and in your presence there will be a great and miraculous healing of wounds, comforting of hurting souls and their salvation. Lord God, we lift Sarah up to You now. You see her struggle with alcohol, the toll it's taken on her body, and the deep places in her heart that need Your healing touch.
