Verses 7,8~The final test will be after Christ's 1000 year reign. All mankind will be brought back to perfection and face a test from the Devil in a perfect human state.

There are those whose names will be found written in the Book of Life! It does not say, that everyone who is judged will be thrown into the lake of fire; but those whose names aren't written in the Book of Life! In another part it also talks about the Nations of the saved, whom the Saints will rule over. Jesus came to save men's lives not destroy them! How many like Lazarus the beggar are waiting!

Notice that there r more than one books mentioned. One of them being the book of life. Anyone not written in this book of life was cast into the lake of fire.That means all these pple being judged by their works will perish. Its not about our good works. Our good works cannot get us in the book of life. There is clearly a way we think (our good works) n a way God has prepared; JESUS.

Rev 20:12 refers to "book of life". This is also found in vs 15 "not found written in the 'book of life' was cast into the lake of fire". Rev 3:5 "I will not blot out his name out of the 'book of life' ". We KNOW because of God's LOVE that it is His Will that every human being, including the aborted ones, throughout eternity was destined for Heaven. CONTINUED . . .

The same God that told of Heaven also told of HELl and listen to Jesus preached on HELL more than heaven ! The problem today is people need to understand all scripture unites under the one God ! He made it all ! The place Hell is resl Jesus Christ told of rich young ruler who lifted his eyes in HELL !!!!

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were BEHEADED for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which HAD NOT worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and THEY lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. ...WOW! Verse 15~We must do all we can to be found in the figurative book of life. Those not in this book will suffer everlasting destruction.

Re Rev 20:12...."the books were opened...judgment based on what were in the books"what are the books?
Jesus said earlier
"...the words that I have spoken, they will be the judge in the last day"
Where do we find the words that Jesus has spoken?
Primarily, in the Gospels( better, see the red letter edition of Scripture)
So , unbelievers will be judged on their unbelief,the sin unto death

We cannot begin to imagine how we have gone astray from god but to die is gain in Christ. We see how Satan that wicked adversary is roaming seeking who he will devour.Friends my question to you is where would you spend your eternity? Where death meet you judgment is there .So is your life hidden in Christ? I say to the whole world make your calling and election sure, find Jesus-quickly. Repent.

Celia; Christians are not mistaken about the symbolic name that God has given to that father of lies and adversary of all truth! God who made the serpent knows what is its nature, using that to describe the devil. It has been common knowledge from ancient times who is the Serpent! “And he laid hold on THE DRAGON, THAT OLD SERPENT, which is THE DEVIL, and SATAN, and bound him a thousand years,”

Souls we are to tell people about Jesus and what he did for them at Calvary he died for all so we wouldn't have to end up in a devil's hell he said who so ever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved not hopefully or maybe but shall believe on the Lord God , souls,souls Souls for the kingdom of God we are to tell others of him and pray also for souls

Dejvi Kadivnik; Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. The Spirit said through David in Psalm 139:8 "If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there." Isaiah 40:22 "It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth.." From God's vantage point in the heights He beholds all the children of men; and time is subject to eternity. So too your questions!

Ron; did you ever read closely Ezekiel 16; particularly the last 10 verses or so? There are a couple of very interesting things you may like. First, about Sodom; that most to this day only associate it with perversion and unrestrained lechery. But the way God describes her sins, it totally sounds like much of the modern world around us! Also, God plans to restore people to their former estate.

Everything comes full circle, what God started in Eden will be fullfilled. It appears that People will be born in eternity. Note, there are millions of flesh and blood survivors on earth at vs 8-10 that do not die. All the Jews survive and I assume a remnant of gentiles. Thus you have Rev. 21:24-26 and Rev. 22:2 - the Tree of Life. satan's stunt in Genesis was only a temporary road block for God.

Verse 4 - "..and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands.." We tend to think of the 'end times' as something obscure in the future; but this 'war' has been in the world since Cain, and Nimrod. The "Mark" is spiritual!

Tormented for ever, Rev.20:10, Rev. 14:10,in the presence of the Lamb. Lamb=Lamb of God=Jesus=God.His cup of indignation will be poured out,where your worm does not die. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.Interesting how He shows mercy by warning us,He warned people when he was on earth in the flesh,he warns us by way of His word; those of us that know the truth,yet most are not afraid.

And what do you hope will be the end of your pseudo-intellectualism and debating over perceived meanings in words? It follows that if men in the lake of fire are tormented in the presence of the Lamb forever, they are FOREVER in HIS PRESENCE, not separated from him. So death can not be separation eternal consious torment in the presence of the Lamb, it can only be consious torment until total destruction in the presence of the Lamb, followed by separation (being dead)

God our Father sent Jesus to us so that we all must have life in abundance. Jesus fulfil the scripture and by his blood we are redeemed and pardoned. We are saved by GOD'S GRACE. we are now living by God's grace and not the law. Jesus made everything new our prayers must be PRAISING and WORSHIP JESUS and BE BORN AGAIN IN SPIRIT OBEY HIS WORDS TILL RAPTURE SO THAT OUR NAME WILL BE IN D BOOK OF LIFE

Those who do not overcome during the first resurrection will have to be taught by God's election during the Millennium (1,000 years). If they fail to follow God afterwards, they will follow Satan and the other ungodly souls into hell. Our Lord is VERY patient, and He does NOT wish to send anyone to hell but Satan. The rest of the 'dead' are the spiritually dead: those deceived by Satan. The antichrist is the devil: Satan. Those who believe they are going to be raptured are the ones who are spiritually dead. The Lord made it clear His disciples would be going through the tribulation in Matthew ch. 24. Satan's children are setting things up for his arrival. You have to know who the Kenites are. John 8 v.44

Revelation:1-15 Jesus Christ comes back to set up His millennial one thousand years reign on the earth vv.1-6.There are a number of prophetic references which describe a particular time when Christ will establish a kingdom on the earth 2 Samuel 7-14 Psalm 24:1-10 Isaiah2:1-4 11:5-12 35:1-10 Daniel 2:-44 At this time,the unrighteous dead will be judged v.12 Revelation 20:2-10 See Jude 1:9
