“So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.”

15:54 Death is swallowed up in victory - That is, totally conquered, abolished for ever.
1Co 15:54 The saying. See Isa 25:8. Death is swallowed up in victory. This is the final victory, the victory over death.
So when this corruptible shall haue put on incorruption, & this mortall shall haue put on immortality, then shall be brought to passe the saying that is written, Death is swallowed vp in victorie.
