Matthew 16:16. Peter
John 1:49. Nathaniel
I think you made a good catch. The only problem is that Nathanel was not one of the 12 Disciples.
Comments anyone else?
He does caution a Christian marrying an unbeliever. The unbeliever might forbid the Christian from going to church or reading the Bible.
You can google 'interracial Marriage Bible' and see what you see. I did.
Interculturaly it's difficult. Arguments ensue over religion, culture, baptism of children; things like that.
That's why a couple should DATE for at least a YEAR. Most people can't maintain being on their best behavior for that long.
Mishael
I would love to help.
Before I reference the laws within the Old Testament may I sincerely inquire why you ask this question?
Thanks

A false balance is an abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight.
Even the antichrist need God's approval in order to obtain power.
Why all the questions about demons?
If you are wanting to be set free from demonic capture, let someone know.
Ok
Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
At the 2nd Advent of Jesus, the Lord will deal mercilessly with satans network of evil, and finally Satan too.
:)
In Luke 24:36 Jesus, resurrected, appears to the disciples bodily. He then encourages them to examine him and see that he has flesh and bones. Then he ate some food. Though he was glorified, yet he retained his human nature.
Likewise in John 20 and 21 the disciples have encounters with Jesus physically.
We can trust that we will be made like him ( Romans 8:29).
7:11 The apostle now demonstrates that the Levitical priesthood must yield to the priesthood of Christ, because Melchizedek , after whose order he is a priest, Is opposed to Aaron, # Heb 7:11 |- 14. Hath no end of life, # Heb 7:15 |- 19, but remaineth a priest continually. If now perfection were by the Levitical priesthood - If this perfectly answered all God's designs and man's wants For under it the people received the law - Whence some might infer, that perfection was by that priesthood. What farther need was there, that another priest - Of a new order, should be set up? From this single consideration it is plain, that both the priesthood and the law, which were inseparably connected, were now to give way to a better priesthood and more excellent dispensation.
Comment:There are many scriptures on Melchizedek. His Priesthood was superior to the Aaronic Priesthood.

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which SLEEP in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are ASLEEP
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the DEAD IN CHRIST shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and REMAIN shall be caught up together WITH THEM in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Comment: It doesn't matter if she was cremated, or her body was in a coffin: she will rise up to Jesus in the clouds where her body will be restored to soul and spirit; joined into her eternal transformed body that will never corrupt.
This will happen instantly for billions of passed on believers. In the blink of an eye.
Then WE are next.
You will see her again and we will know and recognize each other each other.
God, who spoke the world into existence, will do this wonderful thing for all believers. No more tears: He will wipe away all tears. And then the joy is going to spill over.
Wonder and worship for Jesus.
Let's start now, Amen.
Matthew 6:34 says to take no thought about tomorrow. There is a word used throughout the New Testament that has to do with our minds being distracted. It is the word MERIMNAO, and it has to do with the occupation of the attention of our minds. It can be anything, our jobs, our family, hobbies, or anything in our daily lives that keep our minds occupied and away from the things of the Lord.
Jesus says don't even worry about it. Don't worry about tomorrow. Let tomorrow take care of itself. Where is our focus right now? And then He says "Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof."
What this is basically telling us is that we have enough to be concerned with today, the normal ordinary stresses of life. We're not to be concerned about tomorrow. Only the Lord knows what will come tomorrow, so why should we be worried about it. Besides, worrying about tomorrow does us no good at all. We are to place our complete trust in Christ, and trust that He will work out those future things that we are incapable of knowing. So, sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof simple means to just focus on the hardships of the present day and trust that Christ will not only work those things out but also the things of tomorrow.
