What christian can say, "yes I was there with Paul and these things did happen?" Luke is a scribe, like an honest reporter of what is said to him without judging if it is right or wrong. Luke was not with Paul to verify any of it but does tell us this is what Paul says happened.
No one should force the truth upon another it must be accepted willingly. Those that want the water of salvation have their feet washed, their life journey guided by the gospel of truth shared by followers of Jesus.
Jesus broke Jewish law. There are laws God does require. One is water Baptism for sin Jesus fulfilled that yet no Jew does. Jesus refused to kill people to save his life and that fulfilled Gods law of Do Not Kill.
Without water life dies and becomes dust. The Bible says the end is told in the beginning so reverse creation in chapter 2. Lord God took life God created in Chapter one and created death. The followers of Satan were dead, slain from the beginning of their creation. These misled Lambs Jesus came to save.
Jesus was born of fornication if Joseph is his blood. Mary and Jesus deny Joseph is his father. Adoption is not bloodline. Jesus is Christ but Jesus the Savior does not come from the blood of Abraham. Jesus fulfills the law because he is the Messiah but the law is in error stating a blood requirement.
Bloodline Messiah from Abraham and David according to Jewish law is not traced from the mother. Only men inherit kingship rights and the "line" of Abrahamic men was unbroken. Jews are still waiting for Messiah.
