God has great and precious promises for his people according Jer 29v11 that the thoughts he thinks toward us is not the thought of evil but of peace to give us an expected end. This promise and others will be fulfilled if and only if we set our eyes on the things above heavenly things not the things below worldly things .

Apart from the lesson of the faithfulness and loyalty of Joseph to his master by refusing to commit adultery with his master 's wife, i learnt we must not be rash to make major decisions. Potiphar should have investigated what actually happened before sending Joseph to Prison, and many Christian men have been guilty of taking rash decisions based on what their wives told them, which were fabrications, exaggerations and lies. Even though Portiphar and his adulterous, seducing, evil wife were not Christians, but Christian Couples must learn not to 'manipulate ' one another into doing what the partner wants by fabricating, exaggerating and lying. May God heal every broken Christian home in Jesus Name

Most polygamous homes are filled with serious discord, disunity, jealousy, rivalry and all sorts of pain. That is not to say that you will not find such in some monogamous families. I believe it is hideous because why would the Lord birth one with long, beautiful hair and it not be their option of how to keep it. My son has gorgeous long hair and I do not want to cut it. I want him to be old enough to decide for himself. God himself did not make this commandment, in addition.

Money the ROOT of all evil,we spend our time trying to get more and more.At times that could be spent with family or surving GOD.We gain matearial things instead of building a foundation of LOVE and relationships with GOD and our fellow man.We have come to rely on money to do or get what we want,not realizing that GOD is giving,we think we have control and abuse or over use that which has been given.In our pride we think we have cause of our own powers.The day will come we will wish we had thanked GOD for his BLESSINGS,big and small,and spent the time getting to know him and what he has done for us,and what we can do for him.Then we can be sure he will be there at this time of tribulation for us.Likewise your fellew man,women.Your neighbors and everyday aquaintences,they could be the one with that loaf of bread witch no amount of money can buy,or a helping hand when disaster strikes.Silver and Gold will do the opposite of what it does now but worse and you can 't buy your way into HEAVEN.So if you can even in any small way help others and thank your FATHER in HEAVEN,GOD bless and stay in his WORD

We serve a mighty God, and our God is the God of honor and He trully honors His servants, as one has already alluded, touch not my annointed. Our God commands that respect be accorded the elders. In his letter to Timothy, Paul exhorts him to consider older men as fathers, and then again the Word of the Lord says honor thy father and thy mother so that your days will be lenghthened, this then means that any dishonor of parents shortens one 's days. The power of life and death is in the toungue, and we must not deny the power of God 's Word, it is mighty and quick to the dividing of body and soul. I believe we can all draw wisdom from this example and live in the fear of God, as the Psalmist says the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. We need to reverence the Lord.

Hi everyone .iv been reading the bible and there is something that really confuses me.can anyone help! Iv read genesis 1and 2 verse 27 28 and it in a way says god said "be fruitful and multiply to one flesh which is adam " so is it true that adam was androgynous? If true was god telling that to one person? Or that verse is just a summary of what god said after creating 2 flesh?
