There is little comment that can be made to the first part of this verse 'for all have sinned ' as it is an undeniable fact. However, the second portion, 'and fallen short of the glory of God ' does evoke some thought. Coming short, relates to a measurement of a standard applied to the object of the comment, namely all men, the standard is God 's and the inference is that it was once applied to man. Because of sin, man no longer measures up to that standard and therefore 'falls short '. If sin is removed, the standard is reached and each of us can display the light of the glory of God here on earth. Sin is removed by cooperating with The Holy Spirit in the process of sanctification in your life. Mankind doesn 't have a sin nature, but we have a nature that has been corrupted by sin. To state that we have a sin nature is to say that God, when he created Adam, gave him a sin nature which is untrue. Adams nature was holy and righteous because God cannot create anything imperfectly. Sin is comparable to a disease that has entered your system, your flesh, but it can be removed.

This was at the root of man 's temptation in the garden of Eden,... "you will be,... like God ", and still today we are out of touch with God 's reality. How can we boast of that what we have received, that what was given to us. Revelation said that don 't we know that we are wretched,blind,poor and naked. That is why God resent pride, because it is a lie. It is like a young rich man boasting himself against a homeless man,when what he has belongs to and was brought about by his parent. May God drive this spirit of Satan out of our lives.

Genesis v 1 27,28 v 2 5,7,8 man was not an afterthought, God give them dominion over the fish of the sea, God has fisherman. Over the fowl the air and every living thing that moveth upon the earth, God has hunters. There was not a man to till the ground, God had no farmer. God formed man of the dust of ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul. God planted a garden and there HE put the man whom He had formed. God has a farmer. I thank God for them all, not all people are blessed to fish, hunt, and be farmers.

There are 3 "worlds " used in the Bible. The first one refers to the globe, earth, planet that we live on Genesis 1 1 the second refers to people, man, humankind, John 3 16 and the other refers to the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life 1 John 2 16 . Here we are told not to love the third. God is not telling us to hate the world the planet Earth is our home until we enter Heaven. God is also not telling us to hate the people who God created. What God is saying is that we should hate pride and lust. The evil sinful systems of this world Romans 12 2 tells us to be not conformed any longer to the pattern of this world pride, lust, evil but to renew our minds to cleanse our minds of evil by the word of God....Thank you

I have been really sick and afraid lately of dying. I wrote this poem titled How do I live How do I live when I feel I 'm dying? How can I hide when I am afraid? How can I be comforted when no one hears me or understands? My will is to trust and lean on the God of gods King of kings my Heavenly Bridegroom and the Father and His great love in sending His precious Son to take my punishment and judgment that I will not taste of Hell fire, because of Jesus ' finished works! So great salvation! And also the Comforter, God 's Holy Spirit who wraps His arms around me, and says, "it will be okay " Lift up your hands to the Son! Who makes us white as the virgin snow! So great salvation!

It seems to me that because of the Abrahamic Religions view on 'Original Sin '.. that Knowledge is a Sin.. Punishable. It seems Logical to me that in the Realm of Science which is the Pursuit of Knowledge , ALL Abrahamic Religions can not be held as a Basis of ANY Scientific 'Knowledge '. This would Include the Bible I believe. I point to the Abrahamic Religions obvious scorn of the Basic End result of Scientific Discovery, Namely KNOWLEDGE.. The Original Sin.
