Has anyone given any thought that Jehovah and Jesus may be two different persons? These scriptures are not understandable if they both are just one. ( John 14:28) . . .If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am. ( Mark 13:32) “Concerning that day or the hour nobody knows, neither the angels in heaven nor the Son, but the Father. ( Luke 22:42) . . .“Father, if you wish, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, let, not my will, but yours take place.” (If they were one how can they have two wills)? ( John 5:30) I cannot do a single thing of my own initiative; just as I hear, I judge; and the judgment that I render is righteous, because I seek, not my own will, but the will of him that sent me. (Two very distinct persons here). In fact, the Bible is peppered with reasoning that Jehovah and Jesus are two very distinct persons). ( Mark 12:28-30) . . .“Which commandment is first of all?”
Verse 29, Jesus answered: “The first is, ‘Hear, O Israel, Jehovah our God is one Jehovah,
Verse 30, and you must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind and with your whole strength.’
Removing Jehovah’s name from His book opened the door for the prophesied apostasy and it worked very well. Jehovah our Creator got lost in the doctrines of men.

Proverbs 5 starts with a great and strong admonition that we should give, so to speak, committed and concentrated attention to the Word of God- and that refers to His Wisdom ( Psalms 37:4 John 15:7). But why such recommendation? It is because God‘s love is always instructional, corrective, inspiring; and as matter of fact encouraging. And in this Proverbs 5;1, Solomon, through the Wisdom of God, places great emphasis on obedience, and that is with regard to, giving attention to God’s Word. You see, the truth; God's Word, is filled with His love, truth, graciousness, peace, mercy and loving kindness. And when we give attention and plenty of time to the dictates of the Word of God, gossips, rumours, backbiting, innuendos and lies that others dish out won’t affect us. John 1:12, You see, he that loves the LORD and daily feeds and honour His Word, is hidden in Christ who is hidden in God. It is a mystery and yet it is real. Therefore, Proverbs 5 contains so much, as it encourages towards righteousness, godliness and holiness; and also warns individual Christians against immorality. When the truth of God Word is honoured, blessings become the norm (1 John 5:4). In other words it becomes a daily occurrence in the lives of the practitioners of the dictates of the Holy Writ, the Word of God. And with that comes genuine prosperity. It therefore connotes that the warnings against immorality are highly important for the true believer, so that the substances and such things that he carries, does not depart and flee into others habitation. And that is because the things of the Holy Spirit are not compatible with the arm of the flesh. Therefore, the reason for such strong warning and admonition, the implication of this, is that we give unwavering attention to the Word of God, and to really reflect on it and not on immorality. The more attention and time we give to meditating on the Word of God, the more intimate we become with the Holy Spirit; and the more the blessing and revelation He will pour upon us. In fact because the Kingdom of God is already inside whoever truly loves and believes God and His Word through the person of Jesus Christ, then investing committed attention to His Word and the practice of it cannot but result in outpouring of the blessings and favours of the Almighty God upon such individuals, ( Matthew 6:10; Luke 17:21, Romans 6:16). God has placed ministry gifts within the Body of Christ that we can learn from- and that is beside personal study of His Word. And therefore, it is wise to take advantage of such favours, and ministrations. And when the right type of attitude is put in place in that direction, that would result in practical righteousness, as we conduct ourselves, humbly and genuinely in line with the Word of God. In Deuteronomy 28:14, it talks about the blessings of obedience- while the other part of it talks about the curse of disobedience. When you read through it you cannot but marvel no matter who you are. And therefore the importance of taking on board God's dictates saturates and fills our being and then puts it in our mouths, as we conduct our lives in righteousness. We also declare it toward sanctification and purification, and that is because we are the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ. However, we must never forget that, all these are only for whosoever trusts and obeys; for you can't be wiser that your belief system. Hence the importance and relevance of genuine and committed obedience towards the dictates of the Holy Writ; for it has to be to you according to THE level of your dependency on God. That means devotion, humility and consecration.

I understand that through/right through this idol (works of man’s hands) world today, God made a way for his word to get to his people, using a strong portion of the great ( Isaiah 53:12). Jesus Christ himself, the eternal godhead and the gift of salvation to all mankind... we give God the father all the glory through God the son, as we honour (respect) the son even as we honour the father ( John 5:23). This is a commandment we get from God the father through God the son... be not afraid, nor frightened! Though many will cause you to fear or stumble in/on the word of God by fear, but be you strong, for your God will save you, maybe even through death! God knows where life will take us to, God is the creator of it! Even God that is not satisfied with the death of his followers, believers, or saints ( Psalms 116:15, Psalms 72:14). Father God and Jesus Christ, help us not to be afraid of the world, protect those that trust, believe, and depend on you! Preserve us in your son Jesus Christ! Thank you father God for your truth and your righteousness, and your words that will save our lives, as the world is against us and deceives us from the truth! Lord God, Jesus that you also for the knowledge of your word and for every body part you cause to move daily for your own sake, and for the sake of your souls being edified by your words and not the words of the world. Father God, Jesus Christ our redeemer and our healer, our truths and our righteousness, our peace and our God and our king, though you desire truth in the inward parts, help us to do your righteousness that leads to your kingdom and glory now and forever by the power of Jesus Christ. Amen.

This chapter proves that Jesus is not the Father, God Almighty, the one true God. Jesus is the Messiah, the Christ, the Son of the Living God. Oneness and Romans Catholics Trinity doctrine followers, please take note.

On verse 29, the 3 distinct persons of the godhead ( Acts 17:29, Romans 1:20, Colossians 2:9) do always act as one in unison, they never act separate from the other persons in the godhead. 3 in 1 person (I John 5:7-8).

On verse 24, as a reminder that much of what is being read in the gospels before the cross is prophetic doctrine for the Jews to happen after the rapture of the body of Christ (the church). All can be used for spiritual application in this age of grace (church age). We must compare scripture with scripture to achieve absolute truth ( John 5:39; I Corinthians 2:13). In verse 23 the mountain represents spiritual obstacle that will come your way to try and interfere with getting you off the course that the lord has placed you on. But with the faith of ( Ephesians 3) and allowing Jesus to work through us by humbling ourselves before him and following the rule in James 4:1-3 and Isaiah 40:31, we will overcome any obstacles. And prayers will be answered according to needs and God's plan for our lives. Do not pray for a Rolls Royce when a Chevy will do!

God's wisdom has Fatherly instructions, corrections, admonitions, information and guidance in them. As a matter of divine fact, His Wisdom originates from a heart of love, mercy, and compassion that are beyond human comprehension. Therefore, they are meant to stir you and I, as it were, into the favours and strength of God. And because God is God, and there is none compared to Him, it means that He can't lie. Hence, it is worthwhile and wise to give concentrated attention to His Word. God's Word is His Wisdom and His wisdom are His dictates, and they are meant for the good of whoever believes ( 2 Corinthians 12:9; Hebrews 4:16). Truthfully speaking, the fact that God does not do evil, but that He only does what is good and right, should encourage whoever cares to listen, to plunge into His truths, and also into His wisdom- and that must be through Jesus Christ, and also through the Holy Spirit, the Eternal Spirit ( 1 Corinthians 5:10; 2 Corinthians 3:5). The nuggets of truths, in this Proverbs 4, like others, are godlike precepts and instructions that are incomparable, good and right for the human soul, and for the spirit man, the hidden man of the heart, - and that mainly refers to the recreated human spirit. They are facets of biblical truths that are encouraging and also excellent for the godly type of life that many are craving and thirsting for ( Psalms 1:1-3, Psalms 37:4; Ephesians 1:17). Interestingly, depending perhaps on what background, a Christian comes from, the fact is that for the really genuine and committed type of Christian, a time will or must come that he will come into the knowledge that this God of Israel, the Father of our LORD Jesus Christ deserves to be magnified, glorified and worshipped; for there is none like Him ( John 4:23; 1 Peter 1:25). Thus, the place of wisdom, in the lives of whoever desires and dares to love and honour the Living God ( John 1:12; 3:16). He is, all that matters- and when you and I key into His love and faithfulness, He will do great wonders through us to the glory of His name. In view of these and many other things vis a vis the Word of God, wisdom dictates that we give ourselves committedly unto the LORD, and to His Word ( Matthew 6:33,34). There are challenges upon challenges that confront us, as individuals, and that is why, these truths and instructions, as contained in Proverbs, and throughout the pages of the Holy Writ, demand that we be faithfully committed to them. Remember, we have been accepted, into the family of the Beloved, and that refers to Jesus Christ ( John 17:3; Romans 8: 15; Ephesians 2:18; Galatians 4:16,1; Hebrews 9:14; 1 John 4:3; 5:13). And that is where the grace of God comes on board; His grace is more than sufficient ( 1 Corinthians 15:10; 2 Corinthians 3:5; 2 Corinthians 12:9). God has abilities no matter what task or assignment He has called you and I for. When you commit yourself to God's dictates and function in line with them, Angels will go on assignment for you ( John 15:7; James 4:16.). There are levels and degrees of encounters with God, that we can't get into except through daily obedience and practical submission to the Word of God. In fact there is nothing, as far as I know that can surpass what God has given. He has given Jesus Christ, who is referred to biblically, as the Wisdom of God, - and that is for the salvation and redemption of humanity. And when you belong to Him through the agency of the new birth, you automatically become joint heirs with Him. And with that you are sorted if you know how to walk or function in love, and then take advantage of what He has given through Christ Jesus, the Saviour of the World. The essence of these is that we should give attention to wisdom, embrace it, reflect upon it, and practice it. God's instructions and precepts demands heartfelt obedience ( Psalm 119:6; John 14:15; John 15:120; 1 Corinthians 7:19; 1 Peter 1:25; 1 John 5:3). It says whatever you do in word and deed, do it heartily as unto the LORD. Hence, in the things of the Spirit, and that refers to the Holy Spirit, high level of commitment should be the norm, and that is because God cannot lie, - and His Word is forever infallible ( John 1:1-14; Hebrews 4). Truly, God is forever trustworthy.

You’re continually studying the scriptures, taking great pains to learn all you can about God; because you think mere words are the way to eternal life. But with all the knowledge you’ve gained, you still don’t understand that these same scriptures point to Jesus as the only way of salvation.

I tend to believe that the name of God is Christ. What would you say about that.

Jesus said in these verse! Go ye therefore and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. Jesus did not mention NAMES but name (SINGULAR) (Proper Noun) Father, Son and Holy Spirit is NOT A NAME they are ALL TITLES! It is the name of God (JESUS CHRIST) that we should be baptize and not the TITLE for there is ONLY ONE GOD ( Deuteronomy 6:4; 1 John 5:20; Isaiah 43:10) Jehovah is Jehovah Saviour Jesus Christ revealed in the New Testament that is why there is NOT without this the plan will not be fulfilled, ( Gal 4:3-4) Fullness of time has come God sent forth his Son born of a woman ( Isaiah 7:14) God will give you a "SIGN" ( Isaiah 9:6) This boy will be given a name Emmanuel ( Matthew 1:20-23) That it is the Angel Gabriel who gave the name of this child and his name is Jesus for he shall save his people from their sins. That is why there is power in his name! Jesus will SET YOU FREE ( John 8:32) for Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the father except through ME (Jesus). Because BAPTISM refers to REMISSION OF SINS, without baptism our SINS are not forgiven and our soul is destined to hell, that is why He said in Romans 6:23: ‘’For the wages of Sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ’’. This is God's Plan of salvation. The offering of Bulls and animals is not good in the sight of God that is why He sent his Son born of a woman to redeem those who are under the law ( Galatians 4:3-4). And God is Spirit ( John 4:24), He came into world as a sinful flesh to die on the cross for our sins. That is why that in the name of Jesus there is Remission of Sins ( Acts 2:38); In the name of Jesus there is salvation ( Acts 4:12); in the name of Jesus there is healing. In other words without this process our soul will not be saved. Our faith must have WORKS ( James 2:24) God bless you all.

Sure, having the Spirit of God would help you to believe this miracle. Not having the Spirit of God means youll never believe!

I think it means exactly what it says. The more you search, read, meditate and study the Word of GOD, the closer you come to God on a spiritual level. If we do what the word of GOD tells us then we will find fellowship with Him and He is the Victory that holds the victory and he is victorious. So, to have a relationship with the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY is to be victorious. No matter what happens on this earth to us, good or bad, we still have the victory through Jesus Christ, GOD's Holy and only Son. But we have to do our part by 'Staying Read up and Prayed up' there is no other way to the Father but by Jesus Christ our LORD and Savior.

Can you imagine having a very close friend for years and not know their name. The scriptures urge us ( James 4:8) Draw close to God and he will draw close to you. He even assures his worshipers:"I, Jehovah your God, am grasping your right hand, the one saying to you, 'Do not be afraid. I myself will help you."-- Isaiah 41:13. Scriptures say there are many "gods" and many lords", there is actually to us one God the Father out of whom all things are and we for him, and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are, and we through him. At 2 Corinthians 4:4 it says the god of this world blinds the minds of the unbelievers that they might not see the good news of God and the Christ who is the image of God, might not shine through. So the god blinding the minds is who 'Satan', he is also mentioned at 1 John 5:19, which says "We know we originate with God , but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one" so when you pray to God the Almighty, use his name Jehovah and you will be noticed by him and you too can draw close to the only true God, and gain everlasting life which only he can give you. " John 3:16".

I think that God created the world in word according John 1:1 and again 1 john 5:7 says for there are three who bear witness in heaven the father, the word, and the holy spirit; and these three are one so that now we are seeing the Hebrews 1:8 Father and Son relationship only ....

1) Forgiveness of “sins” is a free gift based on baptism in water after ‘repentance of ‘sin. ( Acts 2:38) “repent and be baptized are ‘ conditions. Forgiveness and the gift of the Holy Spirit are ‘gifts. (see John 5:24) Eternal life is based on repentance from nonbelief to belief.
2) Scripture ‘DOES not say repent from ‘sins, but repent from sin. (see John 16:8a,9)

He freely forgives ‘sins. ( Acts 2:38) after repentance and baptism.

Rom.3:23 is to non beleivers. And we WERE all non believers.
Already dead in sin(un-belief) (Rom.5)

Because this is the name of the One True God and Saviour (1 John 5:20) which the Bible tells. Without accepting Jesus Christ as your Saviour and without obedience to His word we will not be saved. Even though we have faith in Jesus but without obedience thru baptism in the name of Jesus we will be condemned. ( Acts 2:38-29)

BAPTISM AFTER EXAMINATION
Jesus said we should be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the holy spirit. ( Matt. 28:19, 20) What does this mean? Fatherhood refers to parenthood, and being baptized in the name of the Father shows that one recognizes the superiority and sovereignty of our heavenly Father, whose name alone is Jehovah. ( Ps. 83:18) We must sanctify his name, respect his sovereignty, love his kingdom and serve its interests. ( Luke 11:2) Next, being baptized in the name of the Son shows one’s appreciation for the high authority and position conferred upon the Son by the Father. There must be love and appreciation for the Son because he is the Ransomer. Without his sacrifice we could not gain life. How great a debt we owe him! ( Isa. 55:4; John 4:42) Finally, being baptized in the name of the holy spirit means to recognize such spirit as the active force of Jehovah. It is that same force that unerringly guided the men of old to write the Bible, impelled the early Christians to withstand persecution successfully and that today guides Jehovah’s theocratic organization on earth.—2 Pet. 1:21; John 6:63; 1  John 5:6.
One’s baptism is a public demonstration of death to a past course of life. If the candidate remained submerged in water, truly it would mean his death. Fittingly, one is raised to life as it were, alive to do the will of Jehovah. Thus one’s day of baptism could be said to be the day of one’s start in a new life. Baptism serves both as a public confession of one’s dedication and as a sign of one’s being an ordained minister. Doubly blessed by Jehovah is this individual. The date of one’s baptism should be recorded and remembered always. As far as Jehovah’s visible organization is concerned it is the date of your ordination to the ministry of the Most High.

Jesus was God manifested in the the flesh ( 1 Timothy 3:16). God is a Spirit( Holy Spirit) - John 4: 24; God was manifested in the flesh to take away the sin of the world. God purchased his church by his own blood ( acts 20:28). Isaiah 9:6 says unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given and his name shall be called wonderful, counsellor, the mighty God, the everlasting father. Notice hear it didnt say names but name. All the titles applied to Jesus in Isaiah 9:6 refer to the self same person. He was God above us in the old testament and Immanuel (God with us) when he was manifested in the flesh. In John 14:6-11 Jesus says, he that hath seen me hath seen the Father. Thomas in John 20:28 called him my Lord and God. In Titus 2:11-14, Jesus is refered to as the Great God and saviour. In 1 John 5:20 He is refered to as the true God and eternal life.

Which is greater, the gift or the altar that makes the gift sacred?= which one is bigger the giver or the or receiver. In 1Corinthians 12:4-11= which one is master the gifts or the one who gives.
John 17:17= ''Sanctify them by the truth; Your Word is truth.'' - which one is mighter the Sactifier or those who sactified.

THIS CHAPTER MAKES ME REFLECT ON HOW THE LORD CONTINUES TO FIGHT THE BATTLE FOR THOSE THAT ARE IN CHRIST JESUS. VERSE 22 REMINDS ME OF 1JOHN 5:8 - THERE ARE THREE THAT BEAR WITNESS IN THE EARTH: THE SPIRIT,WATER, AND BLOOD AND THESE THREE IN ONE.
THE OLD TESTAMENT IS A RECORD OF THE PAST EVENTS, THAT MAKES US REALIZE THAT GOD WAS WORKING THEN AND HE IS STILL ON THE JOB, FIGHTING OUR BATTLES, IN THE FULFILLMENTS IN THE NEW TESTAMENT.

A Theological Investigations, reputed Catholic scholar Karl Rahner states that “in
St. John’s First Epistle ὁ θεός [“the God”] so often certainly means the Father that it must be understood of the Father throughout the Epistle.” Also, the French Protestant Bible du Centenaire concedes in a footnote that the Greek allows for a non-Trinitarian translation. Incidentally, it not be forgotten that, probably in the fourth century C.E., an overzealous Trinitarian Latin scribe added to 1  John 5:7 the words “the Father, the Word and the holy spirit; and these three are one.” This addition, known technically as the “Johannine Comma,” was protected by the Vatican until
1927, in spite of the fact that even some Catholic scholars had raised doubts about its authenticity
as early as the sixth century. This dishonest insertion shows the lengths to which Trinitarians will
go in their efforts to prove their doctrine

God’s Name and the Trinity
Something that makes God very real to Jehovah’s Witnesses is their knowledge and regular use of his personal name, Jehovah. ( Psalm 83:18) When a member of one of Christendom’s churches reads in his Bible the anonymous expression “the name of the Lord,” it means little or nothing to him. Similarly, when he prays “hallowed be thy name,” the chances are that he does not know what name he is praying about. Jehovah’s Witnesses know their God, they know his name and, like the psalmist and Jesus himself, they love their heavenly Father’s name.— Psalm 5:11, 12; John 12:28; 17:6, 26.
Since God’s personal name appears literally thousands of times in the original-language Bible, why has it been expunged from many of Christendom’s Bible translations, and why is it never used by the hundreds of millions of Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant “Christians”? Could the dogma of the Trinity have anything to do with this most extraordinary religious fact?
Interestingly, the Catholic Jerusalem Bible renders Deuteronomy 6:4: “Listen, Israel: Yahweh our God is the one Yahweh.” And a footnote, after giving another possible translation, states: “But it is more likely that we have here a declaration of monotheistic faith.” This, then, is the one God of whom Jesus, speaking as a Jew, stated: “We worship what we know.” ( John 4:22) And this Catholic Bible admits that the name of that one God is Yahweh, or Jehovah. Now, according to Trinitarian theology, Yahweh, or Jehovah, is the name of the God of the Hebrew patriarchs and the Jews, the God whom Jesus came to reveal as “the Father,” or “God the Father.” It follows that for Trinitarians the divine name Yahweh, or Jehovah, designates only one of the supposed “Three Persons” of the “Godhead.” The “Second Person” has a name (Jesus), but the “Third Person” is the anonymous “Holy Spirit.” Christendom’s churches cannot logically use a name for God that does not designate the entire “Godhead.” So their members are condemned to worship a mysterious triune God that has no name.Yet, instinctively, many Catholics feel the need to worship someone they can know and name. This, no doubt, explains why many of them worship Jesus or even Mary. This same instinct to worship a God one can name is even reflected in religious architecture. In scores of Catholic chapels, churches and cathedrals in France and other countries, above the high altar or elsewhere there is a gilded, rayed nimbus representing divine glory. In the center is a triangle, symbolizing the Trinity. Paradoxically, inside the triangle is the Tetragrammaton, the four Hebrew consonants of God’s name, Jehovah. But how many Catholics today realize that it is God’s name?
“One Lord, Jesus Christ”
After having stated: “There is actually to us one God the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him,” the apostle Paul added: “And there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are, and we through him.” (1 Corinthians 8:6) Jehovah’s Witnesses subscribe to that further statement. Jehovah, the Father, is the Source; Jesus, God’s “only-begotten son,” the “firstborn of all creation,” is the means by which the Father accomplishes His will.— John 1:2, 3, 14; Colossians 1:15, 16.

Repent From Any Dumb Idol! Fear The Lord!

Deuteronomy 4:15-16 Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of similitude on the day that the LORD spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire: Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female,

STATUES OR IMAGES OR ANYTHING WHICH IS INTENDED TO COMPARE THE APPEARANCE OF JESUS IS AN IDOL! ( Jer 10:14-16, 16:20-21, Psalm 115:4-7).

SATAN IS DECEIVING HUMAN THROUGH THE PICTURE OF “JESUS” (IT IS NOT JESUS) AND JESUS CHRIST WHO IS TRUE AND ALIVE IS TRYING SO HARD TO WIN HIS PEOPLE WHO ARE REALLY LONGING AFTER HIM, BY REMINDS THEM ABOUT OBEDIENCE TO THE SECOND COMMANDMENT. ( Jeremiah 2:11-13, Rev 13:7-9, Mal 4:4)

Jeremiah 10:14 Every man is brutish in his knowledge: every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them. 15 They are vanity, and the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish.

God calls all people everywhere to repent. Here is the Word which hidden for centuries that revealed by God on 21 December 2006: Act 17:29-31 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. (This Word of God contains a secret wisdom about, the proof that verified the truth. JESUS’s Godhead, His death and His resurrection, and the truth of Him who raised Jesus up, all are proved, described in Good News "Devil's Deception Revealed, Revealing Truth", and "Salvation Comes! Saved By Grace Through Faith")

Those who do not repent will get the sword of God (Described in good news: NOW GOD COMMANDETH ALL MEN EVERYWHERE TO REPENT).

Isaiah 65:12 Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.

Jeremiah 16:20 Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods? 21 Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my is The LORD.

Isaiah 42:8 42:8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

Isaiah 46:5; To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like?

John 5:23 ; That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

Repent! Fear the Lord!

In 1 John 5:7
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

In "heaven" but there are three
there that bear record.

8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

In earth, there are three that "bear witness".

Does man wish to contradict this witness and record?


Many people only "believe" the Old Testament
and think there are errors in the New Testament.

In Luke, Chapter 2

In Isaiah 55, it is told to us that God's ways are higher than our ways and God's thoughts are higher than our thoughts. It is also told to us who God is.

9 For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

In John chapter 6
45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.

46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.

We must get in agreement with God and not the other way around. There is plenty of examples in
the Old Testament of what happens to man when he
believes he knows better than GOD.

With that in mind, John 1 clearly states
in the NEW TESTAMENT.

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

Coming back to 1 John chapter 5 we find
5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
