This first chapter is so excellent! Interesting how it focuses on Jesus casting out devils at least three times. I could read this over and over and over. Praise God!!!

We must obey the smallest of requests of the lord, if we dont obey the small things how can he trust use us with larger requests. The gospel He is referring to is the good news of the Kingdom of Heaven in Matthew and the Kingdom of God in Mark

This gospel being preached in Acts 2 is that of the Kingdom of Heaven. This is the same gospel that John the Baptist preached. Mark 1:4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. The kingdom was still being offered to the Jews because of Jesus ' prayer to THE FATHER, a member of the Godhead Rom 1:20, Col 2:9, Acts 17:29, in Lk 23.34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them for they know not what they do. In Acts 7 Jesus is standing at the right hand of the FATHER. I don 't see how you don 't see the Godhead in the Scripture. Jesus is standing because He was ready to come back if they would have received his message as a nation. That 's what He said would happen. Mark 14:62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Mark 16:19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. They rejected the message and God went to the Gentiles through the apostle Paul. The Gospel for today is found in 1 Cor 15:1-4 and no water baptism or tongues are mentioned. Acts 2:38 is cursed for today Gal 1:8-9. Why? It 's not for us today.

The first few verses of this chapter talks of John the Baptist 's being the messenger that prepared the way for Jesus. I 'm remembering somewhere in Scriptures reading about 144,000 who will apparently be preparing the way for Jesus ' return....wishing I could remember what part of Scripture I saw that.

This verse shows how powerful Jesus Christ is. He simply commanded the wicked spirit to come out of the man and it came out of him. Jesus was so much more than just a "good man " as some people say.

This shows that Peter was married. The teaching that priests should not be married is a man made tradition. It has no basis in the Bible.

Answer 1. Paul preached by grace through faith not works Rom 4:5, Eph 2:8-9. He rebaptized those in Acts 19 because they had Johns baptism see vs 3. How could they be saved like we are in the church age if they haven 't heard of the Holy Ghost? Vs 2. These disciples in vs 1 have believed but have not received the Holy Ghost. The problem is that they are not disciples of Jesus Christ ch 18:24-25, they are discoples of Apollos. Apollos was not even saved when he made these disciples because they knew nothing about Jesus Christ ch 18:25-26. The revelation they had only went to Mark 1:4. These didn 't have the Holy Ghost because they hadn 't believed on Christ Jn 7:39.

Verse 15 reads , believe the gospel . We understand Chirst has not died yet, what is the gospel. Galatians 2 7 tell what this gospel is . Gospel of the circumcision ,at this time frame.this is in KJV most other bibles pervert this verse. romans 16 25 , 1cor. 15 1 4 this is the gospel of the uncircumcision. hi there I just thought ill say how much I love the holy bible could I get a copy of the holy bible as I want to read it on paper I personally think we need to make religion to the 21st century the bible needs people to beliven or this planet will be lost I fear.
