Norm,I am sorry you think I am contentious in these matters.The Word tells us to contend for the faith.I believe what you write when you are copying scripture only. But much of what you write is your own imaginings. Proverbs 7 warns against sexual immorality, but you say otherwise.I do not hate correction. This is the end of the discussion for me.

Enoch, why view God's Word in a historical context? This is the living Word of the living God. Verse 2 refers to studying the Word via computer causing reflection or apple in the eye. Verses 5 through 27 focuses on the financial markets of Wall Street which notes the recent market correction in verse 22. Many have dumped more money into the markets after the so-called correction but, being in the last days, the markets will be dissolved upon North America falling from nuclear attack. In Christ Jesus, I pray God blesses you and every administrator or user of this wonderful site with wisdom and understanding and hearts of repentance. Amen. Repent and ask JESUS to save you from this hell to come.

This is my first read through of the bible. In the past I have picked and jumped around, but I am getting serious abouyt the word of God. It is wat to easy to be decieved, and fooled by what rthe worl deems as normal. Of course you all know that though. This proverb, to me drives home the point that the world is fundamentally still the same. The dangers that exsisted then still exsist today. The Bible is still 100 relavent, and true. Something that is never taught to us in our horrible public school system.

It is most definitely life to us all. I need it daily. Without the WORD, my life is void. We need GOD daily.

God urging us to put and live by His law daily.

Let us all obey God 's commandments, study his word for ourselves and know it by heart so when the tempter comes we will be able to identify him and not fall into his traps for he is very smart. Therefore knowing God 's commands by heart will enable us to be victorious with daily prayer to our Savior.

I too have hurt my family and a lot of people .....like Chris , i wait on the Lord for the return of my children....i used drugs for many years and my children were not taken care of properly......today by God 's grace and mercy I am in recovery......now I want then in my life....they are hurt and rightly so but everyday I pray that they prosper in God 's Love.....i miss them.....the healing process takes time

I realize people that are hurt look for compassion whuch turns into passion. Which is a negitive emotion that that binds and chains us to a death pit. Like puppets on a string. I have many hurts and i hurt my loved ones many times by useing beer drugs and sex to ease the pain. Now i have no family and my walk is only with God. I will always wait on the Lord. And will always wait for my family to return kniwing that was Gods plan gor me..

All men should resist and flee from cleavage baring women even in churches . When I think of this proverb it makes me really realize that as men we should always be looking for God 's presence and seek his face. That way we can always discern when the devil is speaking and when God is speaking.

This is a warning for young men who want to see life from the perception of pleasure without understanding the danger of falling from Christ. It exposes the path of destruction men without understanding had followed to destruction. It is also a warning to the Church to beware of worldliness as it is common place today
