There's not a lot of evidence to go on, but given that after creation the 'opening scene' in the Bible is the garden of eden with the serpent already there ready to tempt, that suggests that satan already rebelled and was cursed, but was allowed limited to tempt.

You need to read the Book of Daniel First. And then have 2 Bibles or sources to reference. In my Studies, and I am certainly not a Scholar. But the Book of Revelations needs to be taken as Literal as Possible. I understand there are symbols and meanings. I got saved in 1996 under My Father in Law's Ministry. He always said this Bible Is so simple a child can understand it. There are no doubt many mysteries in this Book which Man can only guess at. The amazing thing is you could buy 10 commentaries and not one of them would agree much with the other. That's why when Men who think they are so much more educated than me speak. I remember the Foolish confound the wise, and God speaks to me also. Having said all that, line upon Line , Precept upon Precept. You cannot begin to understand or have knowledge of just one Book. You have to Get in the Bible, front to back. And as you read , going forward and backward in Scripture. But God will give you the desires of your Heart . The revelation describes the mark in the hand or the forehead. Perhaps a genetic code? probably nothing at all, not even a preventive cure. A placebo perhaps, to create the parameters for the future technology. If you know the word of God and what it says, then you know you are in living in the most spectacular of times. You will see things that the prophets of old have spoken of. The power of the Holy Spirit, the revelation fulfilled! The coming of Christ with all his holy Angels!

Many will think they do God service, those who design the technology that bring all these things to pass. Hell, is a real place in eternity, God is clear on these matters of the law, and the forgiveness of sin found in Christ!

The same technology that man uses to prevent his end, will be the same technology that will bring His demise! It is impossible to serve God and man, you will either love one ,or hate the other!

The covid vaccine is not the mark of the beast. The way the government is mandating it and people are losing their jobs is scary but it is not the mark. The mark of the beast is said to be diverse things, a literal mark, a computer chip, symbols, and more, but is not a shot in the arm. The mark of the beast will be based on worship.

It will be similar to the Decian persecution in 250 AD, it was a decree ordering that the sacrifices be performed in the presence of a Roman magistrate, it was a signed and witnessed certificate, issued to that effect. A great number of Christians were put to death for refusing to perform the sacrifices, many others apostatized and performed the ceremonies, and others went into hiding. This will not be a piece of paper but a mark on the hand or forehead, but you will know exactly what it is and we will have a choice.

Revelation 13, the second beast/false prophet creates an image of the first beast, and if we are still living will have to worship this image and take the mark or be killed. Like the certificate in 250 A.D. without the mark, you will not be able to buy food, or if you have a business you will not be able to have a license to sell.

The temptation to take this mark will be great, but we have been given a promise in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

There are several opinions on this, we know Satan was the first to rebel, the first to sin, a murderer, and is the father of lies ( John 8:44). We see in Isaiah 14 God said, take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, many take vs. 12 O Lucifer son of the morning as being Satan describing his casting out.

The word Lucifer, the morning star is another word for the planet Venus, Latin roots lux (light) and ferre (to carry) it is its brightest right before sunrise. It is also called a day star because it can be seen in the daytime.

We see in ( Ezekiel 28:12-19) Is a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, where the description of Satan is taken. In ( Job 1) and ( Job 2) " the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord" (angels) Satan showed up. So at this time Satan still had access to heaven. In ( Luke 10:18) Jesus said "I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." Whether past or future? Whether it was his ranking or permanent?

Now in ( Revelation 12:7-17) and Revelation 13:1-2), the war in heaven where the red dragon and his angels are cast out into the earth. In verse 8 there is no more place for them in heaven. In verse 12 they are rejoicing in heaven and the warning, "Woe to the inhabiters of the earth" because Satan knows he only has a short time.

My understanding, Revelation 12 starts the great tribulation when Satan is permanently cast down with no more access to heaven and gives his power seat and great authority to the beast. Revelation 12, if you look at the Greek it is Satan standing on the sand of the sea when the beast ascends out of the bottomless pit. ( Revelation 9:11) ( Revelation 11:7) ( Revelation 17:8).

If you are a Christian before you start to study Revelation pray and ask God for his wisdom and understanding of the scriptures ask God for the knowledge of the word and do not rush through the scriptures allow God to brake the scriptures down for you to understand and God will. Jesus told us (in our language) to ask for his wisdom and understanding. As for the beasts there are two the first is the world and the second is a religious organization.

No. The signs, wonders, miracles, tongues (languages), and prophecies were given to prove to the lost sheep of the house of Israel that Jesus was the prophesied Christ, the Son of God who had come to restore the Kingdom to Israel. After the Jewish people had rejected their Messiah the second time by stoning Stephen ( Acts 7:54-60) and rejecting the kingdom gospel proclaimed by the Apostle Paul and Barnabas ( Acts 13:6), the signs, wonders, miracles, tongues, and prophecies faded away. To my knowledge, the last person raised from the dead was a young man named Eutychus who was raised from the dead by the Apostle Paul ( Acts 20:7-12). Note: Scripture says the coming Antichrist and False Prophet will be given great power by Satan to perform lying signs and wonders. See 2 Thessalonians 2:9; Revelation 13:13-14; 16:14.

Like is said, many people have a plethora of interpretations on Revelation. The word antichrist has developed into a being, along with seven years into a story of fiction. The word antichrist is only in first and second John ( 1 John 2:18,22) (1 John4:3) ( 1John 1:7), if you read, there are billions of antichrists today.

If you read Revelation there is not one, or two, but three, Satan, the beast, and the false prophet. Satan is cast down to earth Revelation 12; this is permanent because no place is left for him in heaven, he gives his seat, authority, and power to the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit. In Revelation 13 this beast comes out of the sea (bottomless pit) ( Revelation 11:7) ( Revelation 17:8). The second beast (false prophet) Makes image and causes those to worship the first beast and take the mark ( Revelation 13:11-18)

I am not familiar with J. Vernon Mcgee so I cannot comment on what he said. Many takes Daniel, Mathew and some of Paul and paint some fantastic picture of end time. If you are studying Revelation read it from front to back 5-10 times with no preconceived ideas in your head before you start to study it.

Many interpretations use scripture and prophecies that have already been fulfilled, pray before you study and let the Holy Spirit lead you. Clear your mind from all the things you have heard and understand that somethings have not been revealed to us as yet. Some things we will not know until they happen.

John, I don't have all the answers, if you put 10 people in a room and asked them anything about the book of Rev. you'll get 10 different answers. I can tell you that in 2 Thess. chapter 2 it talks of; "that man of sin shall be revealed, the son of perdition" vs: 3 (singular) and in vs:8 "shall that Wicked be revealed", meaning one. I just listened to a lesson by J. Vernon Mcgee that seems to imply there will be two antichrists during the seven-year tribulation. The first beast will "rise up out of the sea" in verse one indicating that he is a political leader rising out of the great masses of humankind.

Verse eleven says "and I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth." Mcgee says the second beast "rising out of the earth" is a religious Anti-Christ rising out of Israel because the earth is symbolic for Israel.

I know there have been several schools of thought with regard to the interpretation revelation. Which one does his interpretation fit into and why?

Nobody in this world could agreed that they have the mark of the beast ( john 8:32- 1john 5:19- revelation 13:16-18)but on their deeds it would be clearly manifested whether they are disciples of religious,political or commercial organizations by means of patronizing (buy) and campaigning for patronizing (sell) traditions,customs,occassions,laws,wars,economy,arts,science,and technologies which are the properties of almighty god adversary,and in this time of global pandemic,all religious,political and commercial organizations discilpes rushes into vaccination sites just to patronize the vaccine which is a product of science and technology and only those who have no mark of the beast refuses to go there whatever the consequences takes place on them.( revelation 13:17) .

Prayer helps us to convey to God all the positive, negative and challenging situations and feelings that arise in our lives. In fact, it's through prayer that we can thank him and ask him for help or solutions to difficult problems.

However, identifying God's guidance, help or comfort is more difficult than just bowing our heads and praying. This is partly because God uses many different means to contact us - he may reach us through another person, a scripture. He always confirms His Word.

Hi Mark A. Hester When it comes to things of God be it dreams, information, prophecies, any spiritual manifestations people talk about I.E. the spirit. First does it Glorify the True God Second does line up with scripture. Third is it all profitable. Fourth no confusion in it. Fifth is everything in order. Also God doesn't give info just to waste time he expects whatevers given to be carried out, the other side of that coin is he doesn't give it to people he knows won't carry it out. Also remember the bible is written revelation. A woman told me one time God told her to go 50 miles per hour in a 25 speed zone and she Got stopped for speeding. I said to Her why would God tell you to break the laws of the land and why would he let you get a speeding ticket and she was late for her meeting anyway. I have a question. I wanted to know what the Bible says about dreams and the connection dreams can have with prophecy and future events. The reason I'm asking is because a few years back I woke out of my dreams and wrote down some things I know that only God could have known about me and my future. I believe for a fact that what I wrote down is solid evidence of an all knowing God. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can see where you and GRACE_ambassador {ChrisE} are coming from but to be tried by fire we as Christians must go through some of this tribulation coming up that means we must face some of the one world order to see who will stand for God. We as Christians was had it ease we haven't had to face what the apostles faced yet, I believe that is to come because we as Christians must come out as pure as Gold. Matthew 24: 15 is being practice in Jerusalem today waiting on the temple to be completed. On the other-hand you can look for Biden the U.S. president to issue an order that all Americans must be vaccinated in about two years are less. Because this is the first step to the one world order.
