1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Leviticus 20:13
Romans 3:23
Acts 2:38
Revelation 20:12 - And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Revelation 3:5 - He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Revelation 21:27 - And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Revelation 20:15 - And whosoever was not found written in the BOOK OF LIFE was cast into the lake of fire.
Revelation 3:1-6 - And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. (Read More...)
Revelation 20:11-15 - And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Luke 10:20 - Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. (The Book of Life)
Exodus 32:33 - And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
Psalms 69:28 - Let them be blotted out of the book of the living (Life) and not be written with the righteous.
Malachi 3:16 - Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
You will take the mark to avoid being shot at, tortured, stabbed or killed. The ones taking the mark will do so to survive, their families, that's a natural response. If you don't the take the mark, you'll die of want, so why not kill yourself to save yourself? Killing yourself is a sin, but it's better than the mark, right? This amounts to false fear mongering, misinterpreting the end times, plain and simple.
Now listen to this: the refusal of the mark is addressed specifically towards the one hundred forty four thousand sealed saints from twelve tribes of Israel. They are the only ones strong enough to not take the mark. I know you never ever knew this truth before, and don't try to say you did. Just be glad you know now, and don't forget where you learned it, either. Everyone else during the great tribulation will be eating their portion of anti-christ's meat.
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
And will it be so blatant that the issuers of the mark will present it as a means to buy or sell? I imagine it will be sold to the public as a device for bringing peace; that when it is proposed will obviously offend (descerning) christians, who will be persecuted for not being willing to help their fellow man bring said peace.
I'll disregard your first question as you've asked me to do. Your question "how do I interpret those "asleep" in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17?"
That phrase "asleep" is referring to the physical body. It gives the appearance of being asleep but it is dead. There's no such thing as "soul sleep" as some teach. The word death literally means separation. When we die physically, there is a separation that takes place. The soul separates from the body and either goes to be with the Lord (If we are saved), or goes to a place called Hades and waits for the resurrection that will take place after the thousand-year reign of Christ.
I understand every single person will stand before Christ and give an account. I can't disagree with that. But before I can answer you, I need to know your understanding of judgment. What will the believer be judged for?
It looks like you're saying that everyone will be judged at the same time, both believers and non-believers alike. Is that what you are saying? That is interesting because you use Revelation 20:11-15 as one of the verses that suggest to you that "everyone as a big group will be judged at the same time." Revelation 20:11-15 is speaking about the Great White Throne Judgement. No believer will stand before that judgement. That judgment is for all those who rejected Christ. They will all be judged and cast into the lake of fire. Not one single person who stands before the judgment spoken of in Revelation 20:11-15 will enter into heaven. The believer will stand before the Bema Seat of Christ, not the Great White Throne Judgment.
2 Corinthians 5:10 is referring to the Bema Seat of Christ, not the Great White Throne Judgment. (Two separate judgments!
There's a lot packed into Matt 25. If you would like to go over it, I would be happy to do so.
The person who has received Christ is not going to be judged to determine heaven or hell. Jesus Christ already paid for that. The believer will be judged to determine their reward
2 Corinthians 5:10 - People are judged first THEN they receive what is due.
Revelation 20:11-15 - People are all judged on the same day. Lots of people seen in the same place.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 says the dead will rise and those living will meet the Lord in the air.
Would it make sense for someone to go heaven before being judged where they're going, then back to earth enter a rotted corpse then rise up to meet Jesus, then be judged then go back again to heaven where they already were?
What about these verses that indicate people will sleep in-between while awaiting Jesus's return: Job 14:12, 1 Thessalonians 4:14.
You are dangerously close to becoming a candidate for what's written in
Revelation 20:12-13
Revelation 22:18-20
John 21:31
Galatians 1:8-9
2 Corinthians 11:13-15
THE APOCRYPHA IS NOT PART OF THE CANONIZED BIBLE.
Read Ezekiel chapter 2,
Then Ezekiel 3:17-27
These scriptures are a warning from God. Is this relevant in the year 2021. from someone who was pulled out of the snake pit of hell; so be wise and don't go near writings that aren't in the Bible.
Astrology is not even a science. It's a religion. The only sign that Christians have, is the BLOOD OF JESUS. Same goes for Apocrypha.
Please, please, may we all quit dabbling in and around the evil that inhabits these things...so as to give a comment on them.
There are many more people WHO WANT TO HEAR THE TRUTH. They need to be saved. They've heard Jesus knocking on the door of their hearts. The Harvest is here, now.
Even for us Christians, we need to read those Ezekiel verses. This is going to come up at the BEMA seat judgment of Christ. Rewards or no rewards. Everything we do has to pass through the fire.
I have a question for us all. How do you think world governments are going to pay for all this destruction and disasters in the great nations of the world? Billions and Trillions of dollars?
The one world system of money is advancing.
* The white horse of the Apocalypse represents religious deception; money system
* The red horse of the Apocalypse represents wars.
* The black horse of the Apocalypse represents famines.
* The pale horse of the Apocalypse represents pestilence (disease epidemics and pandemics) and Disasters and death.
"And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their WORKS." ( Revelation 20:12).
This then makes sense, since God, The Father IS SATISFIED With His SON's FULL Payment for ALL sin, Correct?
Please Be Richly Encouraged, Enlightened,Exhorted, and Edified!
No to both your questions.
This belief comes from a serious lack of studying the Bible.
For one the plagues is from the Lord to punish the "Inhabitants" on earth or those who dwell on Earth.
The .mark of the beast is forced by the antichrist.
If God is giving the plagues and the antichrist is forcing the vaccine wouldn't that be a little odd?
Revelation 15:6. And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
Read Revelation 13:16-17. to find the. mark of the beast.
Read Revelation Ch 15 and Ch 16:1_14..to find the plagues.
And if you noticed If the vaccine was the mark of the beast it would have came before the plagues/coronavirus.
God bless.
Revelation 20:14 "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death." Matthew 5:22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, 'Raca,' is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell." That hell fire is God's light, taking darkness away forever. Wicked see that light as vengeance - wrath. Hebrews 12:29 "For our God is a consuming fire." James 1:17
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." Malachi 4:3 "And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts." No one will see God as the fires of hell, when death is no more. Revelation 20:5 "But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. They are the wicked. I am working on reducing that number. The size of the lake of fire depends on the number of lost people and souls. There will be a lake of fire. Fallen angels will be destroyed." Eternal torment, made people to make tormenting laws against people. God says fear not, don't be afraid, and don't worry through people, and in person. Ezekiel 18:32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the LORD God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye. The saved will have charity, being prefect, not being offended by what is seen, being peaceful. 1 Corinthians 13: 4 - 7, KJV. Giving unto the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house has nothing to do with the giving of money.
Revelation 20:8 says that Satan shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. So we're talking millions of people.
And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, meaning the entire earth.
Gog and Magog, we call it May-gog in English, but it is pronounced Mah-gog. Gog is the word that the Jews use for all people who are the enemies of Israel. This is all taken from imagery in Ezekiel Chapters 38 and 39. In that picture, the kings of the east will come through the dried up Euphrates River and attack God's people. Magog is the god, or idol of Gog.
In the story of the rich man and Lazarus (Luke16:19-31), we see in verse 23 speaking of the rich man, it says "In Hell he lift up his eyes. That is the word Hades. There's actually only one place in the bible that it is the word Hell, and that's the lake of fire in the book of Revelation. In fact, Hades will be emptied out into the lake of fire. The word Hades means the place of unseen spirits, no physical body, just spirits. Prior to the death of Christ on the cross, when a person died, they went to a place called Hades. For the ones who will eventually be sent to Hell, they were on one side, and the saints waiting for Messiah to come for their salvation were on the other side.
Revelation 20:14 says, "And death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire." That is the compartment of Hades where the non-believers are. They will be cast into the lake of fire (Hell) and will spend eternity there. Right now, there are no believers in Hades. They were released with the Lord's message to them. After He died on the cross for them, He descended into the lower parts of the earth. And all the believers that were in that part of Hades (Abraham's Bosom), they were taken with Christ. But the non-believers were left there. And that's where the non-believers go today until the end of the thousand-year reign of Christ. And then they will be resurrected, the sea will give up its dead, the earth will give up its dead, and they'll stand before Christ and the books will be opened. And they will be judged, every man according to their works. And even death and Hell, and it's kind of like emptying out the compartments. Death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire. From my understanding, this is the other side of Hades that will be emptied out and cast into the lake of fire (Hell).
I'm saying that ( 1 Thessalonians 4:17) is for the elect 144K only, no one else is worthy.
( Revelation 20:5) is all that's left. God offers everlasting life and you want to dictate your way past the saints, as if you are on their level? Everything has an order, a time and a place.
There are 2 resurrections:
1st resurrection: The 144k saints are out of great tribulation, from all nations and tongues. Not all saints are killed by the beast, not all saints lay dead for 3.5 days. From the way 1 Thessalonians 4:17 is phrased, you could easily believe the first resurrection is for you, but the depictions in heaven identify the 144k only. Below describes saints in heaven, not sinners:
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
2nd resurrection: After the 1,000 years the rest lived.
( Ezekiel 37:1-14)
Does Revelation 20:8 have a relationship with Jeremiah 15:8?
Revelation 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as THE SANDS OF THE SEA.
Jeremiah 15:7-8 And I will fan them with a fan in the gates of the land; I will bereave them of children, I will destroy my people, since they return not from their ways.
8 Their widows are increased to me above THE SANDS OF THE SEAS: I have brought upon them against the mother of the young men a spoiler at noonday: I have caused him to fall upon it suddenly, and terrors upon the city.
These two prophets are referencing the SAME LITERAL battle known as WWIII where the heavens rejoice our demise.
Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
1 Thessalonians 4:13 But I would not have you be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are ASLEEP, that you sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
Romans 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of SLEEP: for now is our salvation nearer than when we first believed.
1 Thessalonians 4:14 For we believe that Jesus died and arose again, even so them also which SLEEP in Jesus will God bring with him.
1 Thessalonians 5:6 Therefore let us NOT SLEEP, as do others; but us watch an be sober.
1 Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are ASLEEP.
1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the DEAD IN CHRIST shall RISE FIRST (first resurrection)( Revelation 20:5):
Revelation 14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead that DIE IN THE LORD from henceforth .....
I BELIEVE this is the FIRST DEATH and the first resurrection also describe in 1 Thessalonians 4:16.
I BELIEVE the ONLY one that hears this shout and trumpet is the one being CALLED to take part in the first resurrection. I come as a thief in the night. If everyone heard, it would no be as a thief.
Hebrews 9:27 It is appointed unto men to die..I BELIEVE this is the same death in 1 Thessalonians 4:16 and Revelation 14:13...but after this the judgement.
I BELIEVE this judgement is by God's WORD; both written and living, on those that have their part in the first resurrection. 1 Peter 4:17
I BELIEVE 1 Thessalonians 4 is about those that take part in the first resurrection and are present with Christ upon his return at the second resurrection.
What difference is there in the snatching up, whether it be one at a time or collectively.
Since 1 Thessalonian 4:17 occurs at the last trumpet, equivalent to Revelation 11:15, it is the first resurrection of the sealed saints only. The dead rise first before the living, therefore this is a small, treasured group of people, and not the whole group. Revelation 14 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand...These sealed saints overcame the beast and his mark, they are virgins who will rule with Christ for 1K years. Who among us can be described like that, and who will make it to the end alive?
IT IS NOT Ezekiel 37:1-14 either (2nd resurrection), because here BOTH houses of Israel (Israel & Judah) are being resurrected and stand up as the WHOLE HOUSE of Israel. AND THEY'RE ALL DEAD!!!
This "lifting up" event is misinterpreted so badly, seeing that billions and billions of Christian sinners will require a new earth and new heaven to accommodate them all. Everyone involved should humble their place in line. Counting yourselves among the Revelation 14:4 saints is rather precarious, indeed. Does man immediately deserve to stand alongside the elect saints, and Jesus Christ?
Revelation 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. The second resurrection is for the rest, other than the elect, of which the majority are not. When the fast bullets fly, we will get a new perspective on Hebrews 9:27.
