Matthew 27:32 And there were different ones also, two, evildoers, led with Him to be put to death.
33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified
Him, and the evildoers, one on the right hand, and one on the left.
The robbers kept reviling Him alright but what Matthew doesn't prophesy is that one had a change of heart, but Luke does prophesy it in chapter 27 one reviled Christ, and the other rebuked the reviler
Luke 27:39 And one of the evildoers which were hanged kept up a railing on Him, saying, If Thou be Saviour, save Thyself and us. 40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
41 And we indeed justly; for we are receiving the due reward of what we did: but this Man did nothing amiss.
42 And he said unto Jesus, my Lord, remember me when Thou shall have come into possession of Thy kingdom
That their were two crucified with Jesus, yet when you read all the gospels
Concerning that event it isn't the case. In Mathew 27: 32 after the led him
Out and parted his garments parted his garments and set down the then were
Two thrives crucified with him and both the thieves verse 44 cast the same
At his teeth. Now Mark states in 15:27 basically says what Mathew says
Then Luke 23: 26 they lay !hold of Simon to carry his wooden cross then verse
32 there were two malefactors led with him to be put to death. In Mathew you
Had two thieves already there and in Luke you have two malefactors led with
Him also in Mathew both men reviled Jesus but in Luke 23:39-43 one said
Remember me when you get to your kingdom. Now someone will say a thief
Is a malefactors and that's true but not all malefactors are thieves and when you
Look up in Greek malefactors and thieves are not the same word so when working
All four gospels there were four crucified with him.
And in the other gospel both cursed him that makes four. Peace to you.

Malefactor simply means "a criminal" which that's what a thief is.
If you do an interlinear study on the verse thru Bible Hub it may change your perspective a bit.
The word is kakourgos, a technical word implying criminality.
the Definition: a criminal, the Usage: (lit: an evil-worker), a criminal; Peace
And in the other gospel both cursed him that makes four. Peace to you.
The two are not identical is the point also two of them both reviled or cursed
Him and of the other two one did not. Peace to you all four are evil doers that
Doesn't mean the same type of criminal. Again peace to you.
