Please I would like to ask also for support to heal my back. I injured some disks and it has been hard but I know that I am healed in Jesus name, Amen
I will pray for your friend to be healed and for your back to improve. It takes time to remedy spinal issues because it does so much work for your body.
I have had similar issues and found these things helpful:
Resting in a recliner instead of sitting upright in a chair.

Massage
Trigger point injections.
