Would you kindly pray for me? I am a senior and near retirement.
I struggle with anxiety. I can be very on top of things and responsible and encouraging to others but sometimes when I let myself dwell on the what ifs I can slide into anxiety and even a sense of despair. I hate this because I know the Lord is my Saviour and Redeemer and helper.
I was depressed for last couple of days and am preparing to redeem a voucher from an airline for a canceled trip. I have the number and it expires at the end of next month (May). I was about to schedule it and got overwhelmed with fatigue and anxiety. Almost started crying. Then I beat myself up because I am not trusting, right!
Please pray and agree with me that I will trust Him and that He would open the doors to a problem free reservation and trip. It will be my first one in 4 years. Thank you so much.
I will pray for you and your needs. May the Lord bless you as you enter retirement. May He remove from you the anxiety and depression that brings you so much grief. May your mind be renewed by His holy Word and be made wholesome in every way.
