In truth when we are BORN again we have but entered that eternal will of God preordained from before the foundation of the world .Thus in the garden God gave Adam the commandment and the liberty to eat of every tree in the garden which included the tree of life . God did NOT give them the liberty to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil .They had as children of God by creation the liberty to choose from any other tree that was as I said good to eat . They also had the liberty to eat of the tree of Life .
