What is the righteousness of God according to the Bible or law of God?

The righteousness of God refers to His perfect justice, holiness, and faithfulness. It is revealed through His moral character, the laws He set for humanity, and His actions, particularly in offering salvation through Jesus Christ. While God's righteousness is shown in His standards and judgment, it is ultimately made available to humanity through faith in Jesus, who fulfills the law and grants righteousness to believers as a gift of grace. This righteousness is not earned by works alone, but through trusting in Christ's sacrifice, providing a way for sinners to be justified before God.

Ultimately, It is both a standard for all to follow and a gift made available through faith in Jesus Christ, offering salvation and restoration to those who believe.

The righteousness of God is perfect holiness and sinlessness. God alone possesses this righteousness. Our Savior Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, possessed this righteousness being without sin nature from Adam in His incarnation and living a perfectly holy and sinless life of obedience to the Father. He never sinned once as a human. As the divine Son, He could never sin because God is incapable of sinning

So the righteousness of God a human needs to be justified by Him is Jesus' righteousness. When we come to believe in Him, we receive His righteousness. It is imputed to us, and God accepts this imputed righteousness as our own and justifies us.

Romans 4:6, 11; 5:17, 18: 9:30; 1 Cor. 1:30; 2 Cor. 5:21; Phil. 3:9; Heb. 11:7; Jer. 23:6, 33:16 all speak of this righteousness that is of God alone and by whom we receive it in Jesus Christ for our justification. It is the only righteousness that God accepts as justification and leads to us being accepted by God.

Amazing how God has provided ALL we need for eternal life, godliness in this life, salvation from sin and death, deliverance from the devil and God's just wrath, sanctification throughout our life in Jesus, and glorification in the life to come after we are resurrected. There is nothing that God leaves out from our total redemption and fitting us for His eternal kingdom. We are saved by His wonderful grace according to His mercy He chose to give us before the creation of the world when He elected us in Christ to be saved and to be united to God through our union in Jesus Christ.

Dear God's justice can be compared to grace:Above our thought, He has determined everything in advance and cannot deviate from His word. God's justice can go so far that we can't even understand and see it, many times we can walk in God's righteousness and not even know it. We are too small in our knowledge to understand everything. But Paul writes about, that we should understand piecemeal and divided. I can imagine that. Because God knows about all our hairs that we have on our head for example. I can't count my hairs? Can you? When He saw us in His image when He created the world. How can we see More than what we see or what He reveals in His time to us in the spiritual. We may be able to sense His mind, and we may try and understand His mind. For how just is He when men fail again and again against Him. Yet He sent His own Son Jesus to us that we might be saved through Him. I have the trust in God that He knows what we need, He will provide and complete the work He has set in motion. And in my mind I run towards Him. One day I will win this race in His Name. And in my everyday life I will do what is best for my friends, my family, my kindred. People i meet and so on. And preach about His righteous thought for us. If you think about how righteous a war can be. Then we see on the whole that the Lord has a purpose in everything that happens so that people will come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved.So they can experience His love and the righteousness that comes from the fact that everything has happened precisely for salvation,Jesus Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit on earth.So that we can honor Him to whom all honor should be.That trust should be placed by all who call themselves Christians in God, Jesus Christ, through the kingdom of the Holy Spirit.
